According to Lexa88 it's just like getting any of the other doors wrong, so I presume that means curses!

I'm still on a winning riddle streak - 5 minutes until I attack level 35 :laughingsmiley:

I've gotten two more.. one for level 29 and now one for the first door of level 30.

I'm keeping track of my answers in case anyone wants them!

I don't know what happens when you get it wrong yet.. scared to try that! :laughingsmiley:

Going from room 24 to room 25 I caught a glimpse - or rather a "Muffled roar"!!!

Also I am now waiting to get to level 24 (only 16 hr 32 minutes!!!! :shiftyeyes_anim: ) but I haven't seen even a glimpse of the monster!!

I spent the last dungeon trying to get cursed so that I could cleanse my fatigue but.. no.

Ahhhh I feel like I am too bad at this to get deep enough! I know you don't have to try very hard but I am bad at waiting and get distracted!!

I'm waiting to get into 19 (3 more minutes - woo) but 34? Wow..

I also suspected it was as far as you can go within a certain time frame.. but I was hoping maybe it was just level 20 so I'd have gotten there within a reasonable time frame :P

I am the genius who used her curse of cleansing to cleanse her curse of cleansing.. at the very last door.. when she'd been saving it to cleanse a 7 hour curse of fatigue.

I can't see the text. I think I may have been cursed with something that made the text very light? The pictures are fine, but I have to highlight the text to see it.

I believe that is curse of snow (or something like that).

That happened to me too!

 

I see this on the neoboards:

hoarse voices- stomp feet

 

talking about weather or luggage- open door boisterously

 

arguing- take sides

 

unearthly moan- knock politely

 

rhyming in couplets- burst in violently

 

loud chanting- hum

 

And it helps me a lot

 

I've been trying that but I can't see that it is helping me - I'm mostly just getting cursed and then eating my own prizes?

Trial and error, I guess.

EDIT: when i didn't use it on level one i got 2 prizes. When I used it level 2 I got a choice of at least 12. That's hard to argue with.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! My sunday was so all over the place I missed a day! I'd being doing everything on the day every day until yesterday! And I woke up only half an hour late to do it technically on the right day! I hope I'm not too penalised for that if this leads to really cool things :(

But anyway.. I just finished sunday (strange green mist foreground - just my personal luck) and now a Hydruplit. That was so hard to type/spell correctly.

Omg, please tell me this is all over tomorrow. I'm getting frustrated with today's one now D: lol

if you stack them all at the top in a row at the beginning you can take each pot in turn and count down each row individually from left to right, until the number stops lowering with each plant. Then I leave the plant there and can move onto the next one without accidentally moving the one before or getting confused or forgetting where I was. Honestly, it's the only way I could get those plants to do what I wanted them to do.

That's what I was thinking too AJ .. it's all the features of the "plot" maybe?

If potion doesn't work, i expect we'll have to fight the beast.

i thought with the progression of prizes that paintbrushes might make an appearance again, but maybe not.

that's so odd - they always just automatically go to inventory. i would submit to neopets about it. they will see that it's owed and/or explain!

it could be a glitch other users are experiencing

EDIT : i just did mine - there is a part under the scratchcard where you have to click to get the prize. revisit scratchcard and make sure you clicked there? Maybe if you are on autopilot and don't do that it doesn't register?

i didnt manage to get any potions in the eating contest!

i didn't notice the prize pattern! I got garlicky mushrooms the first day, spotted ogrin the second and today i got "The Haunted Bell Tower" so yeah.. food toy and book!

I wonder how much prices will deflate by the end of the day? Is it wiser to buy up things immediately (hoping they are wrongly priced because they seem more available) or later when they really are more available and the price has hopefully gone down? I like to buy one of each prize and I feel like I probably usually pay more than I have to... i'm not good at economics!

I believe the potion they used was put in all the Spooky Food to determine which one was the monster. The way they had planned it, the potion would revert the monster back to its original shape, prevent it to shapeshift again and put it to sleep. They got 2 out of 3 :D

I keep one of absolutely everything I come across and store it in my SDB - some things from special events I keep more than one in the hope that they will increase in value over time. I also keep all codestones because I intend to keep training my pet as I go along..

I also collect neopoints - I want to get Ultimate Riches for my bank account.

And I put all my fishing items in my gallery. So far I've only put in the things that I've actually fished out myself - so I hope to finish my collection that way, if possible!
