I was tossing around the idea of doing a gourmet food shoppe, but it would be expensive to get it stocked in the first place. I have been saving all of my books too, so I might go with that for a while. There are just so many different things to choose from that I haven't been able to make a solid choice yet.

It's pretty fun, but I'm having a hard time setting goals in regards to dream pets, collections, etc. I find that the NC items have made a lot of the paintbrushes kinda useless unless you buy the corresponding clothing.
For food club betters, I've followed Hugo (~MyFoodClubBets) and Garet (~Boochi_target) so far. I haven't played at a loss yet and I've made 240k so far so I'm pretty content for now. Who were your favorites?

Is it just me, or is some of the AI programmed to be hyper aggressive in YYB? Krawk Island is playing Haunted Woods today and most of the AI is garbo as per usual, but for some reason that lil' rascal Zo Junior is always aggressively tackling me.

Trudy's is pretty generous as long as you log in daily! I don't have premium so sniping is not an option for me either. I added the Ghoul Catchers app to my Facebook (I have an iPhone so I can't use it as a mobile app) and it is ridiculously easy to farm 50K on it... but also ridiculously tedious.
What sort of shop would you set up if you were to make a specialized one? Mine really just has things I receive from dailies and random events. I've gotten a few codestones and doubloons just throughout the week I've been back on Neo.

I really miss all of the old plots and such.  I love going back and reading the old plot comics; it's so nostalgic.  I wish they would come out with a good one soon.

I miss my guild as well and all my old neofriends! I wish just a few from my early days on the site still played.

Ah, not a bad strategy. Also with 3-1 you can pass the ball to either above you or below. Gives you some extra options. For the first 4 goals, you should be able to get the ball early and shoot it in for the goal within the first 2 seconds. What I do is I rush in, grab the ball, and start charging the toss as I make a small circle. almost every time in the before the first 4 points are scored, the lead forward misses me and I get a clean shot off at the goal. After the first 4 points have been scored, the opposing team gets more difficult, that's when I let them take the ball first, then tackle/steal it from the other team's lead forward.
I still then can get the ball to the goal, usually in the first 2 second of each round. Sometimes 3, depending on the ball type, and if I have to walk it a little closer to avoid it getting stolen or blocked. These are under optimal conditions where the goalie nor his teammates block or steal the ball from me. But when they do, not counting Darigan, it doesn't take to long to recover and score. I must say though, every now and then it is FUN to have a GOOD volley where most of my team is involved in a strategic number of passes to get the ball into the enemy goal. lol

I prefer to not restart the game if I get the Darigan or Faerie Yooyus early. As long as I win, it's ok. It's a bit more challenging to keep my Goals Per Game up that way. Right now, my gpg average is exactly 12 per game. 864 goals in 72 games. Of course that's low due to a few darigan hampered games, than if I restarted to keep my goal count higher. The last game I played yesterday, I had 3 darigans in a single game. Shear madness! LOL But not the worst, last year I had 4 darigans in a single game to deal with! lol

Anyway, 9 goals is a really strong average! If you try my technique before the 4th goal is made, making the little circle to charge, fake out the opposing team's forward, and then fire, it should save you a little time, time enough that might get you time to score a bit more. It might just take some practice in lining up where to shoot to score.

I don't have any tips on earning lots of money, sorry. I just make sure to do Trudy's everyday, and collect bank interest. I hear sniping can be profitable, but I don't have premium. I have never had a specialized shop, though I was planning to try in a few months. I hear that Ghoul Catchers is a good way to earn some neopoints.

I created my very first Neopets account around 2004, but since I don't remember the name or have access to the email I created it with, any traces of my Neopian life as a wee lil' lass is probably dead and gone by now.
I remember grinding through the flash games for months to save up for my goal of a Baby paintbrush, and decided to get rich the quick and smart way this time. I've started following other people's Food Club bets and I've found it is extremely profitable, even in the short term. I haven't struck it big in the stock market yet, but I've started building a decent portfolio. I don't really restock (I lost a few thousand NPs trying to RS a Green Yurble Morphing Potion), but I do make a modest profit from selling unwanted items. If anyone has tips on how to become outrageously rich, I'm listening.

Hello, fellow Krawk Island teamer here! I don't really have a goal for this year's Altador Cup, as it's finals season for me and I don't have much time for flash games. I did want to at least reach Rank 1 so as to get the avi, but I reached that a couple of days ago. Now I'm just gonna lay low and play my 3 daily games of YYB and SS if I have some time to spare (or I really wanna procrastinate).
