I played Bass Clarinet in middle school, high school and my first two years of college. I loved it and I was really good, but waaaay too time-consuming while working on finishing up my degree. Especially marching season with football games every Saturday.

I think your Shoyru is really cute but I know what you mean! I feel like inspiration has to hit me in order to draw something I like and there can be long breaks between inspiration for me. I've just drawn with pencil my whole life but I recently got a wacom tablet and I'm excited to try it out.

I try to only use cruelty free beauty products. There's a misconception that cruelty free = expensive, but all of the CVS house brand including their Beauty 360 line is cruelty free and the makeup wipes are 99 cents at Wal-Mart! AFAIK Ulta's house brand is also cruelty free.

There was this game called Haunting Ground that scared the crap out of me. I remember that you're this girl and you wake up in a creepy mansion and you have to get away from some people who want to hurt you and you don't really have a lot of options to fight back. I don't remember much of the plot beyond that because I was terrible at it (see: dumb little kid), you do have a really cool dog though.

I just got over being sick and having a lost voice! Really the only thing you can do is rest your voice and stay hydrated. I was able to recover by spending my day off not talking at all. Gargling salt water also helps.

As for my Uni, I'm still undecided as to whether I'm going to keep the 8-Bit Slorg I zapped or give her a Royal Slorg. Either would look great with her.

Welcome back!! I felt the same way upon returning from my long hiatus - it feels good to be able to make enough NP's to buy GOOD stuff and actually know how to participate in the events around site. I don't believe in an afterlife at all. Your soul is put to rest, and your body goes back to nourish the earth. Some people think the idea of no afterlife is scary but I find it comforting.

My luckiest moment definitely had to be when I got an Isca Stamp from the Gordos RE. I sold it to someone but hooooo was I pumped. That's how I was able to afford my lab ray!

I also have a few of those elusive avatars, like Kiko Pop and Symol Hole. I was really excited about those.

I adopted out one of my labbies - a Stealthy Grundo.

Yesterday I finally got the Darigan Tonu avatar! I'm starting to crack down on myself and going for those avatars that take more work.

I think a service dog is a great choice! They are incredibly smart, loyal, and loving.

I will say this about Belgian Malinois - they require a TON of attention and supervision. It's common for people to get them and realize they've become overwhelmed with how much care they need. Just something to consider when you look into adopting.

And like others have said, definitely consider a shelter dog! When you adopt from a shelter you are saving two lives :)

My favorite flavor of chips are the Limon (lime) Lays - I think they're so delicious but my boyfriend despises them. I also really like green tea and red bean flavored ice cream, which aren't particularly weird but certainly uncommon in the US.

At work we always get those new Lays Do Us A Flavor chips. So far the best ones have been the ones flavored like a Reuben and the Southern Biscuits and Gravy. The Cappuccino ones were also pretty interesting.

On a similar topic - does anyone else remember that green ketchup they came out with when Shrek was really popular? It tasted the exact same as regular ketchup but my child brain could not process it at all.

For everyone who hasn't heard them, check out Tame Impala - especially the album Currents. It's an incredibly beautiful album focused on romantic loss and rebuilding after a breakup. Kev Parker's been rising into mainstream fame lately with Rihanna covering the song New Person, Same Old Mistakes. Her cover is fantastic as well.

Your little Aisha is fantastic! I've only worked with Sculpey once before, a long time ago. I made the Millenium Ring from Yu-Gi-Oh, I wish I had a picture to share. I would like to get back into making stuff with polymer clay again. I want to learn how to make tiny food models.

I know exactly how you feel. I still check up on every lab pet I've ever had to pound from time to time. And the sad little messages they give you when you're giving them up. Ugh :(((
