I am sure you already know this, but there is a Neopets board that TNT looks at for open tickets.  It seems to have a high success rate, although there are a lot of posts on it.  It may be worth a shot if you want to contact them again.  Just a thought!

@Scoobert_Doo is correct here. Once you get your main account unfrozen you can then transfer everything from your side/temporary main to your unfrozen main account. One thing that is advised to do is stop earning neopoints for up to 24 hours on both accounts and do the transfer. Once everything you want is transferred and you haven't earned anything for at least 24 hours from either account you can resume your normal Neo activities. This just helps to make sure you're not earning neopoints on two accounts through the transition. I hope that makes sense!

Ah, thank you Mouseykins!  That makes me feel so much better.  I didn't know about the breach, so I appreciate the information.  I am still waiting to hear back, I hope my account returns safe, too! =]

There was a data breach back in 2012 and the information was recently leaked, I think this summer. Not 100% sure on those details. Because of this breach any account that was active at that time and had not changed the password had their account locked out. Neopets sent out time-sensitive emails to these accounts with a reset password link. The problem was because they were timed not everyone was able to get to them before the links expired, emails were not getting to people properly and some were being sent to inactive/deleted email accounts. This caused a wide range of problems. Neopets has stopped providing reasons for your accounts being frozen, the most common cause is you were hacked and your account was frozen for your protection.

Did anyone else feel the challenges were incredibly easy this year for Games Master Challenge?  I can't remember the last time I won all of the prizes.  I vaguely remember last year being nearly impossible, but I may also be confusing the scores with Daily Dare.

I apologize if there is a guide somewhere on this, but I am having a hard time finding information because current coverage is so popular.  How exactly are a player's points contributed to his/her AC team's through your game play?  Is this common knowledge or unreleased by TNT?
 
More specifically,
1. Do you hurt your team's score by not playing for a given day?  I also read that if you abstain it does not hurt the team, but if you send one score it will because you are now a factor into the percentages.
2. Is there a minimum of scores you should send per type of game a day to benefit your team?
3. I am aware of the minimum sending scores, but is it the higher the better?  For example, will 7 YYB goals earn my team more points than 4?  Or is it the difference from the other team's scores that matter?  (i.e. FL-7, KL-3 = difference-4).
4. When looking at previous results against another team, how are the numbers calculated? (5-4, 8-5, 2-4, etc.)
