I'm throwing in my two cents here, too.  After a record 15 years, I ended up getting a pass to the Rainbow Pool (I've had crap for luck with REs)...from the Fountain Faerie herself.  The item she wanted ended up costing me 19475 (Colourful Buzz Dancer Shirt or something very close), but with over 1m NP in the bank (thanks Trudy!), it was a small outlay from my stash (I won 19k that day, so I had to withdraw a whopping 475 NP) for the chance to paint a pet.

The problem now is what to do with my freebie...I've got two Skeith (one fire, one blue...messed up in the creation many moons ago), a starry Uni (rescued from the pound the day I started), and a green Eyrie.  My options are:

Dimensional Eyrie
Eventide Eyrie
Stealthy Eyrie
Maraquan Skeith
Woodland Skeith
Wraith Skeith
Halloween Uni
Water Uni
Wraith Uni
 
 
I'm leaning towards the Stealthy Eyrie, but the Woodland Skeith and Wraith Uni are striking me as well...

I'm average height, dark hair, love books, and can cook...but I'm taken.

You'll only be at day 1 if you let it go for a full 24 hours.  For example:
 
Day 1 - Spin at 6 pm your time.
Day 2 - Miss the 6 pm time and spin it at 11 pm.
Day 3 - You get the spin back at 11 pm, but want to "reset" the time.
Day 4 - You have until 11 pm to spin before it resets.
 
Yeah, you miss out on a day of payment, but you don't have to worry about it resetting, nor do you have to truly worry about the time.  I've used this several times in the past (since I don't like staying up past midnight my time...10 pm NST) and it hasn't reset unless I missed the cutoff point.

Stockpile them for the time and wait for the prices to go up?  Get enough of them to feed your pets forever?

If this is how the thing works, that really sucks.  The only thing I can suggest in the future is create a saved list on your computer of who you sent them to, the price you offered, and the item(s) you were asking about.  That way, you've got records of everything and you've covered your butt.

As a guy myself, I don't think I could be with a female that was pursuing me that hard (personal preference).  Also, the one guy is willing to cheat on his girlfriend should send up red flags...I'd be willing to bet that he'd do the same thing to you.  You can show your interest in the guys, but I'd suggest holding off on doing anything with anyone that is attached.

As it stands, I'm not going anywhere...just celebrated my 4th anniversary with my soul mate.  We met at a concert and (as cliche as it sounds) we fell in love at first sight.

That's as may be, but, unless you luck out, it can take weeks upon weeks. The reason its worth is so low is because there's no real demand for it (since most part-time players even have it).

And then we talked about social awkwardness and I think he thought that he was already supposed to know, but just didn't pay attention when I told him or smt.
