  1. hiya, so with the patapuff pack, i'm pretty sure the holiday aspect is just to be decorative/festive and that it functions just like any other patapuff pack! i have no idea what happens if you let a pet play with an NC BG, but i suspect nothing drastic - but maybe don't test it out with something super special. also, are those the items you're donating, or just random ones you have out while organising? cos you have a few nice ones there that i wouldn't donate if I were you!
  2. you can, but you need a gift box to do so. the OP doesn't want to invest in NC for her side account to buy a gift box, so she can't move the item. The only other way would be trudy which she can't do on a side account, or for somebody to send her a gift box straight to her side account.
  3. ah yes, TNT up to their old tricks. not going to lie, i'm okay with the point changes as i'll definitely be able to get what I want, but it really is unfair if they don't refund people who have already made purchases. Edited to add: also, i never really liked the perks shop, so i much prefer this prize method. part of the fun of the original CC was the random item that you could receive, so I like the mystery capsule inclusion as a way of getting that novelty back.
  4. I have the same computer. I had one from 2012ish to 2015 it became super slow and then the hard drive crashed, so I had it replaced and by early 2017 needed to replace the laptop. I then hunted for another refurbished 2012 and since about the beginning of this year it's been super slow. What i have learned is that I can't get a mac pro to last more than roughly four years before replacing the hard drive, and I think that that's fairly common? I haven't yet but i've been meaning to take it in and upgrade the hard drive to SSD, i think it's called? I don't want to have to replace either as they are phenomenally expensive and it seems so silly to have to buy a new one every four years! Anyhoo, you could try changing the hard drive again, or just taking it in to a computer shop to diagnose. I'm in Australia and I was told to try a couple of places that basically do what you've done, wipe it, upgrade the hard drive and then put everything back on. Hope that helps? As you can probably tell, I am no massive computer person!
