I took a look at how many points I won from the Staff Tournament. While I had one of my best years ever, I was surprised to see that there wasn't any 1-, 10-, or 25-poimt prizes. Now, I will be stuck with 13 points left over. Will the leftover points be carried over to next year's staff tournament (Like in Charity Corner)? I can't be the only one thinking this.

When it comes to five dubloon coins, I prefer to take a lot of two- and one- dubloon coins to the Dubloon-O-Matic. It tends to be cheaper and easier than buying five dubloon coins outright.

My favorite ways to make NP are my shop and bank interest. You have to collect the bank interest yourself every day, but it adds up quickly. Having a shop is another good way to make NP. If you don't have a shop, it's only 150NP to start one.

For two days, I''ve tried to play my usual Kou-Jong, but to no avail. It loads as far as the main title page, and that's it. When you click PLAY, all I get is a gray screen. Is Kou-Jong the first flash game to leave us?

I was curious about that box of 500 free points in Charity Corner's NP Prize Shop, and I clicked on it. Best. Move. Ever! The box adds 500 points to your current Prize Points total. This is a big help if you are just this side of your goal. Even if you're not shy of your goal, it's still a good thing to get. One more thing....You can only get it once.

About a month ago, I remembered that Charity Corner was coming up. I started hoarding all those useless items I usually donate without a second thought (21 Pirate Usuki Play Sets). Now my surplus has a surplus. Was I nuts for doing it like this??

What many don't realize is that you can change the item Kaia requests. You can take any NC item out of your safe, and put that in the pink paper bag instead. You still finish the quest, and you can get ride of that unwanted NC item!

I've heard of makeup boxes, but I don't use them. I don't use them, because they often have products I don't use like mascara or eyeliner. I really am a minimalist when it comes to makeup.

Another option is the Trading Post. You can create a lot, and ask for a certain amount of NP (or whatever the NP cap of the TP is). It would be essential that under "Wishlist" you type "Reserved for <UserName> so no one else tries to get it. @Secre Does this sound like a good option to you?

I had to go home for my mom's 80th birthday. I couldn't bring Cerridwen with me, but I do have my sister. The cruelest/most ironic part is that the fifth hurricane on the east coast is Edouard. A Spanish variant of Edward. *sob*

@jellysundaeTalking about it does help, but it feels like I'll never be the same. I have my cat asleep at my feet. Cerridwen has refused to leave my side for anything short of the litterbox. My writer side is probably going to turn this into the saddest, most angst-ridden fic of all time.
