I'm glad these are the two that got chosen! I voted for Toy myself. I'm excited to see these colors on future Neopets. Steampunk especially looks very cute on Lenny, though at first I admit I thought it was stealthy until I read the description haha.

Tangential to the game itself...I went to message my best friend about getting an avatar and accidentally messaged the person whose conversation I already had open. Thankfully it was mostly jargon (" ... and she changes colour to Pink!! heck ya pink av time!!") but still!! woops

It's sad, you can still find it listed in the Games Room when you search but then that message you said appears instead of the infinite loading screen. :( I've honestly lost all hope we'll ever get it back. I think it's so foolish/irresponsible how they lost it in the server move. It's definitely one of my least favorite things that has happened to Neopets in the last few years resulting from the sale.

Out of new colors available for TNT to release for that species. For example, the Aisha is only unavailable in Marble and Stealthy. (Other than the Chia-exclusive fruit colors, Coconut JubJub, Mallow Grundo, Msp Poogle, Quiguki Quiggles, Usuki Usuls.)

All of that for a shoehorned NC mall advertisement...like it didn't even flow at all. A passing Earth faerie just ~drops~ this parcel as the plot unravels behind her. Why is Kaia angry? Kaia is angry because no one is paying attention to how this is making her feel. I'm sending some love and empathy to Kaia.

I agree! I noticed someone on the Help chat neoboard thread about this say that some pets are almost out of colors though, like the Aisha. Still, I feel like we used to get new pet colors not just on pet days...just another thing I miss from the well-staffed Viacom and prior days.

I voted for Toy, it's the one I can most likely see myself actually painting. I'm personally disinterested in the other three designs, and I also think they chose boring pets to model the colors on; the only one I really get a feel for is the origami Gelert but I still don't like the color. But that's of course just a personal opinion.

I'm looking for a Chocolate Ixi, DN/WN preferred.

My friend let me borrow her pet with an attached Snowbunny :) Hooray, 203!

According to my friend it's been like this for at least three hours :( I'm hoping it comes back before the day ends so I can finish the rest of my dailies. I was able to get Trudy's Surprise and the free training for my Aisha in during a brief five minute window that the server was back up.

Water Aisha has wonderful art, I've always loved the water paint brush. Could never really get into the converted Aisha's template though, I think they looked much cuter unconverted. Something about the eyes. Very glad my baby Aisha still looks cute.

Very upset that Neopets is down so I can't get in a free training. :/

They changed the filter so now any word that has a banned word in the middle of it will also be banned. So there's a biological, sex-related word in the middle of "amusement" so it gets filtered out. Discovered a bunch of words like that when I was editing a pet page for the first time in three years. You can't even quote the Tombola saying you got a booby prize anymore. It's truly ridiculous.

I'm still really, really angry that there's never been an official cancellation of Key Quest, that last word is "it's still something we're trying to do." Either give it up or be realistic and say "we might not have the staffing or funding to do this for a few years."

What I find weird is how the new plot step was released, which requires battledome Wraith item drops, and the battledome still isn't fixed, and there wasn't even an acknowledgement. I understand it's still technically TNT holiday break...but like, why release the new plot steps over break then? I think I'm just a stickler to the philosophy that if you can't do something excellently and correctly, there's no point in doing it at all.

It took me an embarrassing amount of fights to realize I wasn't getting my NP or prizes, lol. Hopefully it gets fixed soon :/

Does anyone have any tips for this game? I've always really enjoyed playing it, have for over ten years, but I usually end up getting caught up around level 27 (5-7 gold bars). Sometimes it feels like as soon as I get to the part where it's going at a good pace and it's fun, I lose because I get out of rhythm. Maybe it's just practice? Any guides would also be helpful.

One tip I learned recently is that only villains wear red, and only good characters wear blue and yellow. That has helped a little. What trips me up most is the Quiggle, because sometimes I mistake it for the robber Usul.

Let me know about your experiences with this game and any tips you might have for me. It'd be my dream to get a trophy in it one day, but for now my high score is only 1039.

Yoohoo! I had a checklist for this game bookmarked from when I last tried in 2014, had to find a new one ironically on an even older defunct Neopets fansite. Now to work on more difficult game avs...

I entered my current lab pet to be turned into a chocolate Ixi. She was originally a red Ixi; right now she's been zapped into a Desert Peophin and I think she looks cute so I'm not zapping for a bit. TBH the reason I zap her is for the possibility of chocolate...need to stock up on Ixi morphing potions if I don't win the giveaway this year ;)

Been working on some trophies because for the first time in my NeoLife that's something I've been interested in. I just didn't know about a lot of the non-flash games that award trophies not just for high scores! So I had some fun playing Snow Wars today and worked up to the bronze trophy, might try for silver/gold later. :)

There goes my first one, haha! Now if the next seven are also not as difficult, I'll be golden for that avatar :P
