I do the same and splurge (read: deplete my bank account on pbs and wearables). Also, Neocash. It's really such a guilty pleasure of mine :sad01_anim: I think that 14 years definitely merits splurging, buuuut...I still don't have enough saved to buy PBs for my dreamies xD So I went a little bit frugal this time, but I did start working on revamping their lookups :laughingsmiley:
 
Also, I really love TDN :) The community here is pretty amazing, and I hope I'm also here for a long time to come <3

TNT finally awarded me my prize for winning a story telling competition (in September 2013 - yes, it taken seven months of nagging) but boy, oh boy was it worth the wait. Got the x2 on my lookup, got the 2000np and got a 'meepit'. On investigating how much those things are worth my jaw dropped to the floor...I never thought they'd give that sort of prize away for story telling!!
 
Next decision...place meepit on my new lutari or sell...

So, my mom (a school librarian) brought home baby chickens from work. A Pre-K classroom hatched them from eggs and they needed a good home. My mom has wanted chickens for a while now, so when no one else could take them she snatched them up. We have seven, and four more are on the way once they are out of intensive care (they have pneumonia). They're a week old. No idea if they're boys or girls yet, but once they're about 4-6 weeks old we'll be able to tell.

So far, everything is going well. You can kinda barely see it on the middle chick in the first picture, but they're starting to get their first set of real feathers! The yellow down is being replaced by white, mostly just on the wings right now. In a few more weeks they'll get their second set of feathers.

Right now they have to stay in the house, but in four more weeks we'll have a coop built for them and they'll be old enough to go outside.

So exciting!

I've been looking forward to this.

So I'm trying to get the MSPP avatar, I followed TDN's avatar solutions which says to "View your inventory while carrying a Malevolent Sentient Poogle Plushie (TCG) there."
 
I've refreshed at my inventory multiple times but the avatar won't show up.

As you can see I'm clearly carrying the MSPP (TCG) in my hand so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong :(

I love both colors. I'm thinking the stealthy clothes are a must-have for my wraith shoyru.
 
I LOVE the female clothing set. Another must have for my shoyrus. :D

Edit: So, in honor of getting such a wonderful zap, the other two Draiks that I was zapping will be going up for adoption beginning in May. I'm not sure why it'd be unfair? I mean, they didn't just hold out a basket and hoped two of the same pet would land into it. They'd put thought and effort into it, why wouldn't it be fair? If that were the case, people who have millions of NP are also considered unfair by those with only a few thousand. It's a little silly - a little work and dedication is all you need to get what you really want, even if it's two UC draiks ;) I know someone with a very old account and all her pets were kept unconverted because they were all the colours that were kept by the conversion. That's not unfair, that's just someone who managed to get two draiks prior to conversion and had kept them that way.

Obviously fair. They worked for it either by saving neopoints, trades or created it themselves.
 
It's not like you're limited to having one pug and you have to get a German Shepherd for your next pet because it's unfair to other pug lovers. :D

When I graduated 8th grade, my grandma gave me a ring she had received for her 8th grade graduation back in the early 1950's.



I absolutely love it and wear it every day. I didn't graduate high school, getting my GED instead, but this May I will graduate college with a two-year degree. To celebrate that (as well as to celebrate getting my first job), my grandma sent me this.



The ring and bracelet are silver, and belonged to her mother. The ring fits perfectly, which surprised me as I have small fingers (the other one was resized before it was given to me).

I don't mean to brag, I'm just really excited to have gotten such a wonderful gift. :)

TNT is currently putting out a new item pool for this current step of the event; however, there are some glitches being reported such as NC items being requested.

It may be best to wait a bit before attempting a new event quest while this gets ironed out. We will keep you updated on a fix! Happy Questing!
 
UPDATE: 3:15 PM NST It appears that the glitches have been fixed.
