Got my dailies done just before midnight NST, and I'm glad I did because I got a Pirate Usul Morphing Potion from Anchor Management and my pet's petpet brought me a Starry Grarrl Morphing Potion from Grave Danger. (I may actually use one of them.)

I don't know what your style is, I also have a fountain faerie quest ready to be used, and I am thinking of making my acara elderly.  I just think they are so adorable.  A few of my friends said they didn't like elderly.  I ended up with TWO FFQs and  I had to use one so I could store the other.  I ended up painting my acara desert.  But I wish I went with my original gut and did elderly.  Biscuit is nice, Royal, speckled and woodland are all very nice.  Have you checked the rainbow pool?  You can look at acaras in all different colors.  Good luck to you.  Congrats on your FFQ.

Although I had fun coming up with this one, I decided not to enter it because it kind of hurts my eyes. lol

So pretty much immediately after I submitted my entry into the aquatic contest, I challenged myself to see if I could do any better.
 
And while I wanted my first ever attempt to be my entry, I'm actually really proud of how my alternate came out, so, why not post it here?  :laughingsmiley:

This was a lot of fun! I think if I enter again next time, I'll make a bunch and pick my favorite tho xD

The Altador Cup brings out all of my weird habits.  I calculate how long I will have to play to get All Star well in advance.  I figure out how many games I need to play and how long it will take me to play those games.  I figure it out for a few different combinations, including using the maximum amount of time it will take me to play a game of YYB and a time based on my average score.  For my average score, I use the most recent year and one that is averaged from the last three years.  I divide that by how many days I intend on playing to figure out how long it is each day.  Once I have that figured out, I start planning out what I'm going to do during that time, like if I want to watch an entire television show during that time or something like that.  I check to make sure I'm on schedule multiple times during the day, and I revise things every few days, since I never just do what I plan to do while playing.

Oops, I did mean converted.  I asked elsewhere and mostly got responses along the lines of trading only involving unconverted pets or Draiks that I must have had them on my mind.

It's not something recent like everyone else's stories, but I have to say that the dumbest thing I ever did was completely make up a birthday for my old main account. It didn't matter at the time because there was no birthday checking system in place, but man has that come back to kick me in the face.
Still haven't been able to get into the account.

On my main pet, I had a mallard petpet.  My first big purchase I ever made was painting that mallard pirate.  It was sooooo cute and I named it Squawk (BTW, my main pet is pirateninjakitty, so having a pirate parrot for my pet was my childhood dream).  Years later, actually just a few weeks ago, I was doing my dailies and I was tired (I had just gotten home from work).  I went to the petpet lab ray and instead of clicking on my lab petpet. I clicked on Squawk.  I had never zapped Squawk before.  He was innocent.  He was pure.
I learned that day that the petpet lab ray can permanently make your petpet disappear.  Poof.  Not into a pile of soot, but actually kill your petpet.
RIP Squawk.

I really liked Elephante Extravaganza theme.  It was fun dressing up a pet I've never had before without any restrictions, instead of looking for an item or two for someone's customization.

I love Christmas customizations.  It was the majority of my pets' closet for years.  The pictures should all be clickable if you want to see the animations or what items I used.  The couple of leaves at the bottom of my Alien Aisha's customization is the Flowering Poinsetta Foreground.
 

 

 

 

The biggest thing is a revamped safety deposit box with a few more options of ways to sort items, especially ones that would let you change the order they're shown.

But what color is the usul model?  It's doesn't look like the normal blue...

This is a pretty unimpressive Usul Day.  The only thing that I kind of like is the wig.  The hat doesn't match it at all, but I haven't seen if it was a separate item yet.  The clothes are bad.  They might have looked better if they had put them on a different color Usul.

I'm so excited for this to start!  I missed last year.

I've had a lucky week, so I was going to send out a some more gifts.  If you get another set of gifts from me, I definitely don't expect anyone to send me more stuff in return.

I wasn't saying something so that people would send me a gift back, although I do appreciate it.  In some cases, they'd already sent me a gift first.  I really was just worried that I'd messed up people's usernames.  They're not always the most straightforward of spellings and such!  I didn't want people to miss out on their gifts.
 
 
Do I sound anally retentive if I mention that I have a spreadsheet set up?  Actually, if you knew me in real life, you'd know that this is a feat of rather remarkable organisation for me because I'm generally pretty hopeless in this regard but I've been finding spreadsheets so useful for keeping track of a whole bunch of neopets-related things.  Like which of my four 'main' pets has eaten which gourmet food - so much easier to keep track when I can go to one page and see all four at once and I'm looking at food names and not images which I don't always remember the exact names of.  I really need to set one up for which books my pets have read but that will be a much bigger job so I keep putting it off. 
 
Anyway, I set one up right from the get go for this and it has really helped, although you do have to actually enter the information into it for it to be effective and occasionally I've gotten all keen and gifted a bunch of people in a row and then gone, "Ah!  I forgot to put them in the spreadsheet!!  Who was it again and what did I give them?"  It's been easier with the gifts received, because they're sitting there staring me in the face.
 
 
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has updated their lists or let me know in some other way that you received my gifts.  Now I can relax. :thumbsup:  (I was looking for the *phew* smilie where it wipes its brow, but it doesn't seem to be here  :sad01_anim: )

Every time I've switched mains it has always been the same. Hoard up until I get the packrat avatar and then clean out/discard the junk. I used to also go to the money tree and get ten junk items per day to discard.
Kinda wanted to start a guild at one point to find inactive accounts that still had junk items in shops and come together to get all those items off the market from inactive accounts and discard them. Picking up trash when the person who left it there is never coming back, that sort of thing. ^^' I never got that far though, I can organize but guild running is kinda stressful, especially with my IRL schedule.
 
This probably relates to my awful clutter anxiety though. I can't stand messes IRL and the idea of everything being such a junk heap bothers me to no end.
