And yes, crocodiles are basically modern-day dinosaurs. Like sharks, very little about them has changed evolution-wise since the time of the dinosaurs and often scientists look at them when trying to guess what dinosaurs look like. They COULD be grouped with the dinos but really, Dragons/Dinos could be combined to form Reptiles so don't sweat it XD I consider the Krawk the brother of the Draik due to their shared rare status

I liked the Acara back in the day, my first Neopet was an Acara and I was as mad for them as I am now for Xwees. But the gorilla-style arms and lack of a tail always bothered me, and it's worse in the remake. Still, out of the felid choices here, I'd still go for Acara

 

Is it bad I consider Xwees more felid than rodent? I know their laughing gif shows rodent teeth and their Mutant form is rat-like, but I consider them a hybrid of rodent and cat, if that makes sense XD

- Yessssss as soon as I saw what the garland looked like on Dress to Impress (although it was paired with the Tunnel of Trees background and Cytodrake Temple foreground on another pet I encountered) I had to have it!

 

 

OH MY GOSH!!! she's SO pretty!!! And i don't even like pink! You fit the background and cherry blossom foreground together perfectly with her fur color. :)

As a sidenote, I have that same scurvy pirate jacket (or... whatever it's called)! I'm glad it looks good on Xweetoks... or should I say pink Xweetoks? XD Congrats!

 

- Yep, Scury Pirate Jacket. I actually considered it for Moorlough before I customised her, I just love how well it sits on a Xweetok (normally tops and dresses tend to sit over their haunches like they're just plopped on top instead of being fitted to the animal's body -_- I normally don't like Pink but Leedom's Pink Xweetok picture really changed my mind XD I don't think this would have worked so well if the Pink wasn't so vibrant!

Now I just gotta start saving for Xanthrax' Shadow brush XD TNT still haven't gotten back to me in nearly a month, so I'm going to start saving!

I play Habi seriously in order to save up for my Pink Paint Brush. As such, people show up on my Habi list that are no longer Habi players and I usually unfriend people who refuse/reject Habi items after they became my Neofriend to receive donations

 

Do you feel bad for removing friends? I have to prune back my Neofriends recently and removed people that weren't interested in Habi items or were casual friends. I still keep people who need items or I know from outside Neopets or who have traded me NC items.

A Fire Faerie is looking for Embers Boots?

Neither did I o_O I'm awaiting TNT's judgement and hope they see I was aiming for just a general name (Xanthras) which was taken, so changed the last letter and co-incidentally got another word. It's been a while since I submitted a ticket but we'll see!

 

I love how there are Sweetheart Grams and romances in official TNT stories but users are not permitted to make their own XD I really need to finish Moorlough and Nimhue's story before I start one with Xanthrax. I picture him being a soothing, low-voiced gentleman, far more the aristocrat than Moorlough could ever try and refine herself to be. But as much as that is attractive, he's spooky and Gothic while she is very much pale pastel and delicate flowers. One of her opening gambits to him is asking if he's a vampire since the only real way I picture them meeting is if she gets lost in the Haunted Woods on the way home from Faerieland to Shenkuu

Wow Xanthrax is such an awesome name!! He's going to look great when he's all kitted out :) Remember though if you plan to include him in your stories and submit them to the NT that they don't accept any kind of love story.

 

I know, I have a sort of love story in mind but I know I can't put it in TNT XD I'll post it here if I get it done (and IF TNT replies to my ticket with regard to his name). I've got a deal for his background and roses (rather than the lilies he has in this picture) but I really want them to answer my ticket. I don't want to customise him only to have him taken away!

Every once in a while Neopets shows a new land. The last few were Shenkuu and Altador, and there's still a lot of Neopia unexplored

 

So, give your thoughts as to the next land!

 

I'm hoping that all the species get a home (Blumeroos, Kikos and Krawks have specific lands), and my prediction for a future land is a COWBOY themed land. Neopets is basically covering most niches, you've got Pirate (Krawk Island), both kinds of Medieval/Fantasy (Meridell and Brightvale), Ancient Greece (Altador), Gothic/spooky (Haunted Woods), Ancient Egypt/Middle Eastern desert (Lost Desert), dinosaurs/cavemen (Tyrannia), underwater/mermaids/Atlantis (Maraqua)

 

It's themes and phases that we go through in our childhood. In that regard, my prediction is some kind of American West/Native American/Coyboy themed land!
