Howdy guys! I've been out of town & missed all of the excitement over my Frodo entry. Thank you all for your suggestions/defenses of my entry. I don't take offense at anything negative. Part of the fun for me is learning from what others do. I can’t tell you how many things have gone on my Wish List after seeing them on here. Thank you Nielo for trying to keep the discussion to after final voting has been made so it doesn’t affect a possible vote. I believe we all discovered that for some invisible pets all clothing becomes invisible too, while others it does not. So after deciding my character, the next decision was “do I want everything invisible & defined by trinkets, backgrounds, garlands or do I want to add some clothing & accessories?” Clearly I went with “add some” but I didn’t completely dress Frodo because he’s caught in a magic spell. Angeló you got it perfect in your comments: Frodo’s back pack, next meal, & hilarious hairy feet! Glad I got my ideas across. I love decorating Usuls & I like to have an Usul bow unless it conflicts with a cape or something. It makes me feel like the customization is complete. There isn’t an invisible Usul bow; so the Woodland Usul Backpack was just for me so Frodo wasn’t unclothed. I like Bruces to wear a bow, Elephantes to wear a hat & Ixis and Aishas to wear a collar. I didn’t look up the scenes when someone was wearing the ring prior to my entry. If I had done so, I may have made different selections. Having now viewed the scene from the Sign of the Prancing Pony, my swirling power/curse are very light, while the movies were very dark. I added the Markings because I thought Frodo still showed up in the scenes he’s wearing the ring. (He does.) The things around him are vague. So the markings define where he is. I used the 2 effects because they could both be worn together & represented the magic/curse of the ring. We all know a screenshot doesn’t represent our entries very well, but I tried to get the magic power/curse both represented. Thanks for the discussion, critique, & votes everyone. I agree with queen_hatshepset “Holy moly there are so many good entries for this Runway!” & jellysundae “do I vote for ALL the ones I like, or keep it to just the ones I really like.” At the end of the day I hope we all had fun. So many conflicting feelings about this. ? *reads article* ? I'm sure they mean despite now being 20, rather than not. ? Proof-reading as a thing doesn't seem to exist any more? 75 million accounts, maybe... Just one word makes me supremely nervous though. REIMAGINED a reimagined Neopets website... I've seen what that means with regard to houses. -___- *finds prime example* becomes So yeah, fearing the same for Neo now... gut renovation... rip out all original features... completely disregard for history etc... That pesky eternal optimism of mine really hopes that it WON'T be a total disaster, that they're using the term reimagined because it's a buzzword right now, but because when it's used it does tend to be a code word for "completely destroying the soul of" I'm nervous for the Neopets that I know and love. ?

I also voted for Daily Dare but I'll be shocked if Charity Corner doesn't win just because it's Charity Corner. Hopefully people remember how utterly terrible it was when it first released. Also how is the halloween costume thing an "event" lol

It's not a grey area at all. They have stated several times that you can enjoy whatever a random event gives you on a side account as it is just that: a random event! You don't have to donate/contact TNT if you were to win or if a random event gives you an item/nps while on your side account.

Then SWAY it is! Calling all of the fellowship of the Buns To arms, we battle are buns off for our friend's avatar & hopefully, a decent boon!

Thank you for giving me some peace of mind in this swirling ocean of uncertainty haha. I was panicking at first wondering if I needed to proactively start shifting all of my stuff to new accounts thinking the main AND side would be frozen. I would obviously be sad about NP and items but not really as much those as I'd be upset about my pets as I am attached to them all at this point (which is the only reason I have a side account, I end up keeping all of my "project pets". *ends dramatic antics* In all seriousness though, I appreciate you taking the time to answer a question you've probably already answered too many times. I did try to look back through old threads and Google'd my question but a lot of the people weighing in with their opinion seemed to end their posts with uncertainty &since they were old no one could bump them to update what the outcome of their situation was. If for any wild reason I were to win the lottery, or have anything happen to my account(s) purely related to this incident, I'll be sure to update everyone with TNT's message/reasoning. But I feel pretty solid with your response so at least the worrying has ceased. tldr; thank you lol.

This vote requires more effort than I'm happy about. xD I think I'm likely to pick the Wonderclaw one though. Before checking the contents of them all out it's my choice anyway; I'm not interested in AC items apart from a Shenkuu shirt, also not interested in iridescent things if that's what's in that box, nor do I like shiny gold stuff... ? so let us see what's actually in 'em! Well, the Wonderclaw one has this fabulous jacket in it which I have coveted for a very long time! Hmm, so the 12th NC birthday one actually has a decent amount of nice stuff in it. But SO. MANY. ITEMS. So the chance of you getting one you actually want is super slim. The 20th anniversary one's items are underwhelming to say the least. So yeah, Wonderclaw one it is then!

I really thought it was April Fools for a second there. A Neopets TV show? Something like this was already highly unlikely back when the site was in its prime, so for it to happen now... wow. It's gonna be aimed at kids but that's to be expected, and I don't really mind since kids' shows can be fun. What actually worries me is Beach House Picture's portfolio: mostly puppet shows and a couple of animated series that don't even show up on Google.

I voted for Hannah and the Lost Capsules, just because of Hannah. I would have voted for Charity Corner, but there were issues with some of the prizes. I do like Daily Dare, but it is, well, Daily Dare - the format is always the same, and the prizes are "meh". I can always count on it being Daily Dare, but nothing to write home about.

Congratulations to the winners, and thanks to those who voted for me! ? I know I took a chance with basing my entry on an episode of Moomin, lol, but I wasn`t feeling inspired so I ended up with something basic rather than something cool. But that`s okay! ?

I've still no idea which is the best choice out of Sway and Order, but I definitely think Brutes would be a waste of time this time around. Watch that come back and bite me on the behind now... ?

This is one of those grey areas that worries me, too. You didn't actually buy a ticket though... I wonder if there's background mechanics that shows that... ? Who knows? This has got to be one of those things that's technically "illegal" but it actually fine though, surely? People must win money from various REs on side accounts all the time. This is just me making assumptions though, hopefully a staffy person can give us the official gen and put our minds at ease.
