Well I saw Beowulf in 3D at IMax last Tuesday. I thought it was pretty good, it kept me pretty entertained throughout the whole thing. Has anyone else seen Beowulf yet?

I have it was my first 3-D movie I went to, pretty good movie also. ^_^

I'm seeing Beowulf tomorrow. Yay. =P

Then I'm seeing 30 Days of Night later in the week. Then The Kite Runner when it comes out in Australia.. (which is soon, i hope..)

 

Also Sweeney Todd is missing from the upcoming movie list. :3

I really want to see some of those movies that are coming out eventually. Movies like Scary Movie 5, Transformers 2, Terminator 4 and Jurassic Park 4 all caught my eye (even though they will probably be really bad and stupid, just like most sequels are).

Scary Movie 5 worries me... Scary Movie 4 was the worst in the series by far. I don't know why they don't just give up.

Yeah, I don't think Scary Movie 4 was as good as the other ones, but I still like the movies. I'm going to see Enchanted sometime over the holidays. :)

I have to agree with you there. I thought Scary Movie 4 was really bad, but I also thought Scary Movie 3 was pretty bad as well. I just hope that they don't completely ruin the series with Scary Movie 5

30 Days of Night wasn't bad, but it wasn't spectacular either. It was just kind of unexpected for me.

 

Um, the Prisoner? as in with Six... as in "I shall not be tagged, labeled... etc." ? I've always wanted to see that show.

 

I still want to see Enchanted... I hope it gets to the dollar theatre soon, though if it's really popular that might take a while.

Enchanted was a great movie! It has the feel of a Disney classic while still being fresh. I highly recommend it!

I want to see Alvin and the Chipmunks next.

Cloverfield is one I'm waiting for. It's practically unknown at the moment, which is awful because it comes out in a month, but in hardcore movie fandom it's pretty hyped up. January is not a very good time for movies, so at least I have that to look forward to!

I think August Rush deserves better than a C... the plot is far-fetched, but I thought it was a great move.

Really? I didn't really like Jurassic Park 3 that much, I thought the first 2 were better.

 

I'm really hoping they don't completely destroy the series with the fourth movie.

LoL Yea, most sequels nowadays stink.

I only liked the 1st Jurassic Park the other two I felt were rushed through.

I can not wait until Jurassic Park 4 comes out.

The first one will always be the best in my opinion. Jurassic Park 3 is my second favorite. And Jurassic Park: The Lost World is my third.

Well, I honestly am not sure right now. That may be the order for me at the moment.

 

Nothing beats the good ol' books though.

I've read the original one and then the sequel. The sequel is actually a treat, really. Michael Crichton rarely does sequels to books.

 

Having Hollywood take over the series is somewhat of a gamble though. Jurassic Park 4 should hopefully be a great installment, as Jurassic Park 3 didn't get that many positive reviews.

 

 

And on a side note, I am still looking out for a Metroid movie. Rumors of all kinds are hinting to the fact that a movie based on the video games might be in the works.

You are awfully worried about what others think. There are a ton of people in my school that love anime and read manga.

Having split-personalities is only going to confuse you one day.

 

Anyway, Toy Story 3 sounds... interesting.
