If you take out the 26 letters from the remaining letters you end up with 13, but I can't seem to make any sentences with all of them. Oh, and I think there's an I missing from the list. But that's probably because of the order you put them in. It could be nothing, but since we don't know, it could also be something...maybe... Doesn't look very promising (and some of the shades are a little off) but I'll share what I got... who knows. I think they're right and I took out the duplicates. The letter or numbers separated by "/" are either one or the other and the () means it is optional.
