Although at first glance, I wouldn't think it's supposed to be a toy, it looks very friendly and adorable! The scratchcard seller design is lovely, the colors feel very rich, yet the small details like the patched-up hat and torn pants really make it look like a shady figure. The water design is a little creepy with the eyes, they look like they're crying But the hoop of water and puddles make it look very pretty. Not sure what the whirlpool design really does in the front, but I don't mind it. And it looks like the Nimmo also got the same treatment as the Quiggle just did!
