lakecat Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 I'm happy to help anyone who needs it, but I'm wondering if some newer players may not know a tip. What many of us "old pros" do is to open a separate tab or window page just for the Shop Wizard as soon as we visit the site--even during "regular" (non-FQ) days. (You never know when you'll need to use the Wizard, since they are random the rest of the year!) Even after receiving a FQ, once you have that SW page standing by, you can keep refreshing your search (but NOT with the "New Search" button below!) as many times as you need--but for just that item. Be sure to type (or copy and paste) the full exact name and use the "identical to my phrase" drop down next to the Search Items. Otherwise you could waste time with a lot of similar named items. During this event, I do the other Dailies first, (especially Trudy's Surprise and Bank Interest) and then I double check that I have the Shop Wizard page separate and with nothing in the search box. Then I click the Quest Event daily and go from there. (Another related tip: clear space in your Inventory for any quest items before you try to purchase or the sale won't go through.) Once I have the needed item, and check that it is in my Inventory, I THEN press the Shop Wizard button (which now says I can't use the SW) on top to go to the Faerie Quest page more quickly. EDIT: if I worded anything wrong, someone correct my mistakes, please. Quote
