I don't think it'll be on the shop wizard as it seems to be insanely rare and the only people who have it are serious traders who want huge amounts of NP for it, but I'm just hoping to get lucky at some point if someone puts one in their shop. Chances are good that this item still costs less than most Paint Brushes, so depending on what you would choose to paint one of your pets, it might be very worth it to hold onto this quest.
