Rayd1978
I just can't get into Slushie Slinger... it's a fairly cool homage to Tapper, but play starts out a little too slow and then builds a little too fast to really catch me. But the real problem is the cups... in the original patrons sling back glass mugs that break if they hit the floor. Okay, fine. This version has plastic slushie cups... why the heck don't people just take those with them? That's what they're designed for! ...I admit, this bothers me way more than it should. phill
I feel vaguely sorry for the waitress. She's doing the shift alone and she's doing the best she can, but everyones so ANGRY and throwing junk on the floor. Give her a break already! Nielo
I had honestly never heard of the game Tapper, so I'd never realised Slushie Slinger was based on that. I'm not too bothered by the waitress having to catch the plastic cups; if I order a Frappuccino at Starbucks and drink it there, I'm not going to take the plastic cup with me either. (But I am going to throw it in the trash myself, because that's only reasonable.) I do enjoy the game, although I think the prize points to 'time it takes to play' ratio is way off. It takes to long to play this game for the amount of points you get. Something feels missing in this game.... I cant put my finger on it. Power ups maybe? Something to help this poor waitress? lol. Maybe randomly after a customer drinks down a slushie, they send it back with a power up that gives you more speed or "Invincibility" Or maybe something that lets you gain one of your lives back? Rayd1978
Been decades since i played the original game, but fairly sure they'd leave 'tips' on the countertop you'd have to run down and grab for extra points. I could see that done with some kind of powerup. Nielo
