Unable to open wild woods

So I've done everything with the plot available and still can't click the bridge. I've cleared all purple haze, beaten all the bosses to fill their respective progress bars, even gave ten potions to the patient, completed all three mystic murmurs and opened all three faerie chests, but I still can't click the bridge. Am I missing something?

Is it possible that you already did it? Once you get to the end, where you're a "a little too slow" or something like that, you completed the step and you can't click on the bridge anymore.

Most likely you already completed because I think you can't do the third Murmur if you haven't already completed the bridge part.

I agree the chances that your bridge isn't clickable anymore, could be that you already completed.

Do you only possess one neopet account? If not, chances are you did it and simply mixed the usernames of account when you had performed the wildwood exploration.
