I sent info for the weapon. I tested 4 times with different opponents at different difficulty settings and got the same results each time:

 

Dialogue - "You fire a bolt from the Gleaming Qasalan Crossbow at (name of opponent)!"

 

Damage - Physical x2, Fire x2, Earth x2, Light x2
