Concerts?

Guys, why won't the concerts load for me? Do they actually play a concert or do you just buy a ticket and get the merch?

Do the games and Map of Neopia load for you, too? The concerts are Adobe Flash based, so that would be my guess. If using a browser like Chrome or Edge, Flash is "built-in" and is updated via Chrome, or Windows Update for Edge. Check to see if there are updates available and install. You could also try clearing your browser's history, cache, and cookies. Once cleared, logout of Neopets, close your browser. Once closed, reopen and login to Neopets and see if they now work. That has worked for some on the Neoboards. Are you using any browser plugins/add-ons like ghostery or noscript - items that keep javascript from working? If so, you may have to make an exception for neopets.com and then see if they work.

What browser are you using? If those work, then maybe try clearing your history, cache and cookies, first. Depending on which browser you are using, it can be different. If I know, I can post instructions on how to do so.

Sorry to bump this older post, but it looks like the OP never got an answer. Even though games, other flash animations, etc, on the site still work, the concert flash animations DON'T. They've been broken for almost two years now, since the move to Jumpstart servers. So at this point you pretty much get avatars/swag and no animation. :(

The Bands at the Concert Hall actually PLAY now!!! :rock: I got to HEAR my favorite group, Twisted Roses ! So happy!

WHOA, you're right! I had no hope that TNT would ever get around to fixing something as 'minor' as the Concert Hall bands, but lo and behold, I was able to watch Chomby and the Fungus Balls today! Very cool, well done TNT.
