Were you able to provide substantial information that the account is yours in the ticket? If not that may contribute to the slow wait time. Also try posting on their Facebook page. A lot of Neopians have gotten results by posting there. Just remember that you need to provide adequate information to prove the account is yours or they won't give it back. Things to help prove it's your account is any Neofriends you have, items in your SDB or equipped to your pet(s), which pets were created on that account etc. Basically stuff that no one but the account owner would know. thumbelina91 Posted September 14, 2015 Share Posted September 14, 2015 i dont know if it may help with this but I had problems with submitting tickets so emailed neo support and they got back to me within 48 hours; albeit it was over a NC mall glitch not a lost account but it could be worth trying? good luck and I hope you get your account back! Needless to say I have yet to get a response :l I tried messaging them on their Facebook as well :( I'm sorry! I hope they get in touch with you soon, it really is frustrating..
