We live in the same house, so share the same ISP and we are twins, so have the same birthday. A couple of days ago, we tried to log in to find that all of our accounts have been frozen, except for one of mine and I think that's only because I forgot to change the email to the one I have currently. A few days ago, I had traded money back because I sent about 5000 np to my accounts to use for the Neolodge and I decided I didn't want that many np on my sides. I realize it was not the smartest choice to do that at this point, but since it was not originally earned on my side, I figured it was okay. Unbeknownst to me, my sister was apparently doing this on her sides around the same time. So, I think possibly TNT thinks we are either the same person, we were making money from sides, or both. I'm going to send in a ticket, but it takes a while to list info for all the accounts and I don't know when or if TNT will even contact us, let alone unfreeze our accounts. It's just really frustrating because I had my main for 13 and 1/2 years, my sis had hers for 15 years and each of our sides for over a year. We never had any problems in all that time, and now because of a possible misunderstanding, we may have lost our accounts and all the work we put into them. We were Premium members as well, so I don't know what happens to the 5th pet in that case. I'd like to think we actually have a chance of getting our accounts back, or maybe it was not something we did and just coincidence because of all the security issues, but considering it is both our accounts, I don't know. Anyway, I posted this on general Neopets chat because I just wanted to vent. Incidentally, If I don't get my accounts back, I want to make another and have that be my main because the homes on my current are Maraqua and Tyrannia and I really want my main home to be Altador. There has been some untrustworthy things happening on Neopets and hopefully you guys were just frozen for your own protection. rntracy1 Posted July 25, 2015 Share Posted July 25, 2015 Dawn and Hrtbrk are both right. They move very fast for premium users. Put in a ticket under NC or premium issue. Also, like Hrtbrk said, you and your sister should have your accounts under different email addresses. To have your sides under the same is required, but not both of you two's mains. As the others said; they do move faster for premiums and its better contact them through FB (from what I've heard). I hope you get your account back.. I wouldn't recommend it. xD I submitted my ticket in 2012, and didn't get a response until 2013. xD I then took a haitus and never noticed they responded to the ticket, so....yeah that account is probably gone forever. They did not say a reason, it just says our accounts are disabled, which makes me nervous because all those trades were going on and I didn't know, but now I would ask my sister and actually probably never trade from my sides to my main. Even though the np and items were originally from our main accounts, I don't know if they think we broke the rules and it might be hard to explain, but maybe it was for another reason, or they could actually understand it was a mistake. As for the email, I didn't explain well. We have separate emails, but I had a side I forgot to change to my current, so that's why it was the only one that was not frozen. My sister's accounts were all on her current email. Bottom line, I think this was just mis-judgement on our part. Good luck! Thanks! I have heard of that happening, that is it taking so long to get a ticket response. It's good there are other options for contacting TNT at this point.
