Can't get Angelpuss Avatar

I've given the Angelpuss petpet to my neopets and then visited the quick ref of the pet AND of the petpet and still have not gotten the avatar. Is there something I'm missing?

My understanding is that it's a random refresh avi, like the haiku and help page ones. Go to the quick ref page of the pet with the angelpuss and just hold down F5.

I wouldn't recommend holding down F5 as your account can get frozen from refreshing like that. TNT thinks you are trying to get REs.

I would recommend refreshing every minute or so.

TNT's official stance on refreshing has always been "so long as you are the one doing the refreshing, it's fine". So you can hold down the button if you want (though you should at least stop and check if you got it every so often).

 

Refreshing for REs isn't against the rules. It never has been. It's using outside programs (such as auto-refreshers) or setting something on the key and leaving that's against the rules. That they will notice, as if they see someone has constant page hits for several hours they'll be suspicious. A minute or so of hits before refreshing a different page? Not a problem. The can tell that's you. Alternately, it's a little slower but if you want you can refresh-look for event-refresh.

Have you tried looking up another pet that has an angelpuss? One of my side accounts has a kougra with an angelpuss. The kougra's name is AnjolineScully.
