Angeló
I've been thinking about re-painting my Peophin , Peopha from Royal to Island .. your thoughts ?
carlyle
I think that whether to do so or not revolves around what you want out of your customization. If you do not state what you are looking for in her customization, then I think most responses will not be nearly as helpful as they could be. missuninvited
I agree. What are your thoughts/reasons for wanting to re-paint vs. keeping her Royal?
Katsuokai
If I were you I would repaint her, but of course, that's because one of my primarily goals here on Neopets is to get all of the species specific wearables for every single one of my pets... (it sure will take me a while to accomplish that lol). What customization idea do you have in mind? Does she have a backstory that's supposed to match her current appearance? If not, then keep her the way she is if you have some other stuff you want to spend your neopoints on, like gallery items or whatnot. OK, so I now went to her lookup and read the poem you wrote about her (nice poem, btw). I think that the Island Peophin's markings and overall colour could be very suiting of a warrior, but one that might spend a lot of her time underwater might have it easier if she can blend in with the ocean by having that blue colour the Royalgirl Peophins have... . Hm... . Well, in the end it's up to you to choose what colour would be the most fitting for your Warrior Queen. ;) Angeló
blowupthesun
I like the way she looks now! I prefer the royal color to island for peophins, but it's always fun to do something different if you're bored of it. It looks like you put a lot of effort into customizing, I'm sure she'd look great either way!! Angeló

I'm just really interested in the garland and anklets ... and that eye marking island peophins have ..
neopets98
I also like the way that she looks now. To you, are there any pro's to keeping her painted Royal? If there aren't, you should go ahead & paint her Island Angeló
carlyle
I'm just really interested in the garland and anklets ... and that eye marking island peophins have .. If you are indeed going for a "warrior queen" kind of look, then I do recommend the Island color simply because the Royalgirl Peophin looks too soft to look like a fighter. Honestly, I don't like your current customization as the components don't fit a color scheme. My biggest beef is with the The Sun Princess Wig because it sharply contrasts with the shape of the rest of Peopha's head. For example, the Aisheenas Collector Wig matches the Island Peophin's skin color and fits her head. To me, that is aesthetically pleasing. Although I don't know if these wigs are affordable, I also recommend the Golden Underwater Wig, the Golden Neopoint Wig, the Proper Peophin Lady Wig, the Starry Wreath Wig, and the Umbrella Wreath Wig. I feel like I am telling you what you have to like now, but at the very least, you more informed about the clothing options for Peopha. That, I think, will help you decide what you want her color to be and possibly "improve" her customization. Angeló
