Festival of Neggs 2014

Hi all!

 

I've just returned to Neopets after a bit of break. Given that it's springtime, I thought the Festival of Neggs might have started. However, I've been unable to find any news about the event for this year. With the new Coincidence storyline being the big thing, has the negg hunt been canceled? Does anyone know if the Festival of Neggs will happen this year?

I don't know anything much about the Festival of Neggs since I'm new here too. But it does seem likely that they canceled it with all the "new stuff." And, by the way, welcome back to Neopets! ;)

Yea.. it's usually late march to april, but that was when the plot started.

It's usually happening around Easter... which is late this year. So be patient :)

Strictly speaking, Easter is on April 20th of this year, so perhaps it will happen next week leading up to the 20th.

That's what I was thinking. The NC version started either today and yesterday. I would just keep your eyes open!

This is always something I look forward to, even if it is repetitious. The wearables from it are often pretty good :D

I agree on the good wearables! I don't use NC, so I often get my best wearable items from these kind of events. My wocky still often sports a negg skirt she got a few years ago :)
