PONYKID
Well after some ****** tried hacking into my account over the past few weeks, and I suspect they are off here because it only starting happening when I joined the forums, TNT have frozen my nearly 10yr old account "for my own protection". I am extremely annoyed! But what I want to know is, can I do dailies from my side account while I sort out getting my main account unfrozen? Saxen
Yes as long as you're doing dailies from one account only it's fine. I'm really sorry this has happened :( Hopefully your account will be unfrozen soon! PONYKID

I'm really sorry this happened! :( Your best hope is to send in a ticket to TNT to get your account back. Yes, you could do dailies from 1 of your sides but make sure that stop doing it when your main account is unfrozen and you are going to use the unfrozen account as your main again. It probably isn't from here but maybe they figured your username because on the left of your posts (below the location/interests there is a "Neopets username" if you put our username when signing up. blowupthesun
Yes, you can. I got my account back after it was frozen, but it took over a year and a half for them to respond to my ticket. Don't feel too bad about bugging them a little bit if they don't get back to you.
Ranaki
Aww, I'm sorry =/ A lurker could've done it, but people that are actively chatting, I don't think that's too likely. I only pop in to do dailies, and not very sociable, so I don't chat much here, or anywhere else for that matter. I post now and again though xD
PONYKID
I really do feel it was too suspicious to not have been a lurker on here that targeted me. I did have my neo account listed under my username on here (they are completely different as my original neo account had the PONYKID username but was frozen 10yrs ago when I was young and foolish!), I also had a link to my gallery and had a little brag about some of the items I had just spent a fortune on that are in it. Then BAM within about 24 hrs of posting on here for the first time, started getting weird things happening in my neo account. Have submitted a ticket appealing the freezing of my account. Now I play the waiting game...... This post has been edited by a member of staff (N. Prime) because of a violation of the forum rules. Please don't double post. Duma
If you post info of your account on here (the forums), everyone can see it. Even non-members. If they see something they like and can get info, like your account name those bad/mean people may try to log in and might succeed. It doesn't need to be someone with an account here. I'm really sorry for you that it happened! I hope you'll get it back soon! Just be careful in what info you give about your account and always remember that this is public. The whole world can read it if they want.
