if you transfer a neopet, if it has clothing, does the clothing get transferred too?

NC clothing does not get transferred. NP clothing does.

 

If it's Paint Brush clothing, and the pet's colour matches the clothes' color set, it goes as well, but if the pet's colour and clothes don't match (say, a Purple Peophin wearing Royal Peophin clothes) then no.
