The Money Tree

I love the money tree. I donate 10 objects everyday and I take 10 objects everyday. Anyone else out there love the money tree?

I've been having awesome luck at the Money Tree lately. I've snagged several books for my pets and other things I can use for my gallery. Last week sometime someone donated 3 Hanso Charisma Charms and I managed to get one. The Money Tree has become something I try to do lately. :)

I feel like a lot more people are using the money tree lately. I think the rubbish avatar is drawing them there to collect.. well rubbish!

I've been using it daily for the rubbish avatar and for the pack rat one as well. Every little bit helps out

By the way, I've just tried something that didn't work. I had the Money Tree and the Quick Stock pages open, side by side. I donated almost 50 items at once and immediately refreshed the Money Tree page so I could try and see my donated items there. But none appeared! Do they not go to the Money Tree immediately? Or maybe the donator themselves cannot see their own donations?

The reason your stuff did not instantly end of in the money tree is that stuff ends up there as its donated. i.e. if someone else donated stuff and that stuff is not scooped up it creates a queue.

I love going to the Money Tree. While I haven't been able to snatch up anything worth much in terms of NP, I have snagged quite a lot of NC items. I've nabbed 19 so far; 18 unique ones and one that was completely by accident. It's really fun to try and get stuff, and it's really satisfying when you get something rare.

all of my nc items are from free goodie bags/ the money tree

as for high np stuff I have gotten some serious swag from the money tree,

I even got a faeire paint brush!

the trick is to click the tree banner to refresh and use the space bar to instantly get to the bottom of the page. Thats how you get the good stuff.

Nah mate, the true way to get stuff quick is F5 refreshing; just scroll to the bottom and keep pressing F5 whenever you don't see something you like. It keeps you at the bottom and since you don't have to use the mouse you can keep the cursor close to the items.

super dumb question: how do you F5 on a mac laptop? I don't see that key...

I don't have a Mac, so I had to google it. Apparently Command+R is the equivalent of it.

Holy Fyora, I don't know that there are such nice goodies to be found at the Money Tree. Always thought that getting items from there will increase the chances of having one's NP getting stolen in RE.

Tahalika, do you find there are better times to go for NC items? I was there yesterday and managed to snag 4 different things pretty quickly, but today hardly anything!

Whenever I sit in the money tree refreshing it adds things in slowly when someone dumps a lot of items. My guess is that it has some sort of buffer and releases the items as the ones available are taken and on time.

My friend and I used to go to the Money Tree and swap whatever good stuff we got :) I've never gotten anything super great, but I still try! ^_^

I haven't used the money tree in a looooong time. But I should check it out more often now that I think about it.
