Neogeo216 Posted December 11, 2013 Share Posted December 11, 2013 Everytime I try password reset on an account I have, it says "username/E-mail invalid", but when I try it on my side account, it works. So I sent a ticket, saying password reset doesn't work and gave proof I was on a side, and requested the password for my main. A day later, I gotten a email from neopets (Oh boy) saying I requested the birthday. I replied to it (useless, I know), saying I requested the password, not my birthday.
