Am I correct that a user can transfer out any pet regardless of age account or rarity? According to SunnyNeo, your account has to be 4+ months old before you can transfer rare pets out. TDN also has an article about the Neopian Pound here, so you can see which pets you can transfer if your account is not four months old. I really wish TNT would make note of that on the transfer page, instead of us having to scramble around the net and find it out ourselves. Thanks.
