He looks pretty Steampunk-y to me, but what else does Hyugo need? EDIT: I meant to post this in customization. miemieh Posted November 17, 2012 Share Posted November 17, 2012 If anyone wants to buy a Wind Up Pocket Watch Compass Bracelet or a Elegant Gear Boots you can send me a message, because I still have them in my closet, but since the lab ray turned all my neopets into girls, I don't use them anymore.
