How do I alert TDN about price changes on some of the avi items.

I am always checking prices and when I find a price on tdn for an avi item that is not up to date I want to alert them but I don't know how, thanks!

The prices for TDN's ALP items is always above the going price. With increased collateral on certain items it helps ensure that the people borrowing will return the items and we won't lose any items. The ALP is quite on top of any changes that need to be made for collateral. A higher collateral than the going price ensures our items are safe.

I understand that but the piñata I bought cost me 15k and the rest of that kind ranged from 15-20k and TDN said the cheapest I could get it was 200k, thats quite a big diffrence.

Whoops! I thought you were referring to items our ALP is offering and why the collateral is the way it is.

But yes do as Xepha said and just send in a ticket.

Yep, if something is out-of-date on NeoAv, just send in a ticket on the page Xepha linked and I'll fix it ASAP ^_^ There's a lot of info on NeoAv to keep up with, so I don't always catch the smaller details like price changes. I've updated the Pinatas & Candy avatar estimated price so it is now accurate again. Thanks for letting me know!

Welcome and thank you for all the helpfull info, I didn't know how to report item price changes so I was using a diffrent site for those things.....and well TDN is my fav. And has the best navigation !
