You were very close to finishing it:

B3 Y1 B2

Y2 B1 Y3

R3 R1 R2

 

In total there should be:

R1, R2, R3

B1, B2, B3

Y1, Y2, Y3

 

In your picture you had B2 and B3. That means the remaining blue in the center must have been B1.

And so on until you solve the puzzle! You're on the right track!

Purple Fire - Red Fire - Yellow Flower

 

It was tricky because the flower next to the yellow on horizontal one goes on the top of the other clue.
