Our long-awaited switch to new Premium has officially occurred! (We wish we had a photo of a giant light switch being flipped by a celebrity like Fyora, but the actual process wasn't so glamourous!) You now have access to all the new features: 5th Neopet Slot - You can obtain a 5th Neopet in all the usual ways - create, adopt, or transfer. Premium Notification Bar - This is an unobtrusive (hopefully!) bar on the bottom of every page with links to Premium stuff. Check it out. You can also turn it off in preferences if you like. Premium Featured Game - It changes every day just like the original. You can find it in the Games Room or in the Notification Bar. Additional Random Events - These now appear while browsing the main site. You'll know it's a Premium random event when you get one. Can't miss it! SSW Upgrades - You can find him in the handy Notification Bar, too, so you don't have to leave the page you're on. And, he'll give you more searches before shooing you away. More Monthly Neopoints Additional Message Boards Your favourite features are still there, too: No ads! Space Faerie Scratchcard & Monthly Collectible Card - Links to each are in the Notification Bar! Dailies List - We got your feedback that this would be missed from Portal, so it can now be found in the Notification Bar for easy access. And, a quick reminder: If you received a notice to update your payment information in the last email, or if you just need to update for any reason, now is the time! Did you have Premium on an old account, and want to get it on your new main? Or did you just get this e-mail via an old account? If it's the first case, then so long as the old Premium has run out, you can do so freely. You can't have Premium on your sides (too many freebies and such, the Scratchcards and stuff would fall under "dailies" and everything else aside from the 5th pet slot is only useful on your main!). But I'd check your card statements if you have them and see when you were last billed. I have a random premium question as well, does anyone know if we are allowed to use the SSW during quests or if it was a glitch? You can't see anything at all if you search the SSW when you have a quest (if the SSW was opened before you got the quest), and if you open it up afterwards, you just get a message saying you can't use it while workng for the Faeries.
