Why am I getting the same mushroom hat for my bonus item on all my side accounts? Is this normal?

 

Like are the prizes random? Because I just got something other than the hat on my second side?

The prizes on the page haven't been updated in awhile but they still work the same. The prizes are random from a specific group. The higher value the card, the higher value group your prize will be from, but it is still random from that group.

I used 1 NC card on each of my 4 side accounts. I got the hat on 3 accounts. Am I going to get frozen?

You didn't do anything against the rules so I don't think you have to worry about getting frozen. We're allowed to have NC on our side accounts.

 

As for the bonus prizes I think they're random.

 

If you want to sell the np items you got from redeeming your NC cards transfer them to your main.

unfortunately which one you get seems to be random, which may result in getting the same item more than once (or even 3x, as in your case)!
