Zooba
Wasn't it supposed to start today? March 7th. I'm confused, where am I supposed to go exactly? I really don't want to miss the first day. I checked on the news/new features page and they didn't mention anything about it today, also there isn't anything on the games room page. Xepha
It seems like it hasn't started yet. You can be sure that TDN will keep you posted as soon as we have more info.
Welcome Back Apathy
The major glitches on the site earlier probably pushed it back.
April
Why would they beta a new games room right before Daily Dare starts? *facepalm*
Xepha
The major glitches on the site earlier probably pushed it back. I did not notice any glitches... what did happen and when? Why would they beta a new games room right before Daily Dare starts? *facepalm* It could be part of the Daily Dare storyline.... but we don't know much right now, so it's only speculation. I hope that we get more information when they release news this afternoon.

Lydia Trebond
Xepha: I think they mean the glitches with the new games room. I think we'll find out more come news time. You guys will be informed as soon as we know anything more!
Mouseykins
I have a feeling they're shaking things up a little this year.
Zooba
The major glitches on the site earlier probably pushed it back. But even after they put the old games room back up AAA said: " Unbelievable. I had my super special New Games Room Daily Dare speech ready, too! Arghhh! How am I supposed to practice my games under these conditions? You can't just get someone used to stuff and then take it away! Who does King Roo think he is? I'm still starting Daily Dare on the 7th whether he likes it or not! " on the news that day. I did not notice any glitches... what did happen and when? There were the site-wide glitches at the end of february, and the new games room glitches that lead to them putting the old games room back up (I didn't actually experience any glitches, even though I played ~6 games that day) Also, what time NST do TNT usually update the new features/news page? I thought it was updated at 12AM since the news for the 7th of march is already up :S
Xepha
Yea, they were not real "glitches"... it as all made up to go along a storyline :P So they "had" to take the beta games room down...
Mouseykins
The news is updated at 4pm NST and the news is always a day ahead of the actual date. Since today is the 7th the news will be for March 8th.
Zooba
Someone on the neoboards was guessing that finding daily dare was todays dare :P which is as good a guess as any I think
hrtbrk
Per the Daily Dare FAQ: Daily Dare will run for 18½ days, starting on Wednesday, March 7th at site sync (News time) and running through Sunday, March 25th at 11:59:59 PM NST. (NST is equal to U.S. Pacific Time.) As there was no mention yesterday that the Daily Dare was starting at midnight, it should have been expected that it would launch the following day at news release :)
blabberfingers
Aaargh! Me blabberfingers are itching to get started.
Zooba
So will it still count as the "1st day" of daily dare tomorrow before 4 pm NST march 8th? or will the 1st day be from 4 pm NST march 7th to 12 am march 8th? Cause it's already 2 am where I am, and I have uni tomorrow. I can't stay up any longer and by the time my lectures finish tomorrow it'll be around 1 am NST march 8th. Mouseykins
I believe there's usually a one day grace period so the daily dare will start tonight at 4pm NST and the next one will be released on the 9th as soon as its midnight. I could be wrong I'll go check last years coverage and see if I can get any more information for you. I get how you've been waiting for this all day and TNT has to throw us for a bit of a loop, which is a little annoying. Daily Dare has now started!
