Well, considering the performance optimisations we have present, the issue might not manifest itself as an overload - everything would probably run as normal, except that JB wouldn't be able to post because the system would time out the request every time he tried. xD

Lol, why not have someone make an account they won't use, have the staffers set it's post count to like 5k, and make it the "Beat-that-innactive-dude" rank. :P

Actually, considering the number of inactive FMs we have scattered around the forums, we probably wouldn't actually have to create a dummy member. Which is actually kinda sad... :(

For now, I think creating one or two new member ranks is the simplest option, and still a very viable one. As Albert Einstein once said: "Things should be as simple as possible, but no simpler."¹

How about Epic Member=5000 and Insane Member=10000

I think Epic Member would be better with 10k. 5k isn't quite "Epic" But I'm sure something else would be used for 5k.

How about Crazily Amazing Member(CAM) at 5k, EM at 10k, and IM at 25k.

I don't know about an Insane Member group. But I have no idea if there has been any other suggests given as often as the Epic Member group.

Get rid of SMs and FMs and make IM 100k posts.

Forum activity will increase tenfold.

I dislike the idea of IM and CAM. For now, lets just go with EM and see how that goes.
