jumpingbeans Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 I remember reading somewhere: If Google can't find it, you're busted. Quote
Luciana Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 People who like long hair mainly like it for all the ways you can style and play around with it. A lot of people like combing and feeling long, healthy hair on a girl. Also some people think it's cuter/sexier/more feminine than short hair. ...But short hair is also liked by some men and women, because it's easy to handle and women with short hair tend to look more bold and confident. At least from what I've seen. Not everyone can pull that off. Quote
livvy Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Thank you for your excellent answer, Luciana. :graduated: Even though your avatar continues to blind me. Quote
Luciana Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 b) No problem. It's what I like to do. (The helping, not the blinding.) Quote
jumpingbeans Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 AHHHH!!!!! My eyes! I can't see anything now!!! Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 but why aren't you allowed when your dad's home? And I like the new pictures. Cause he thinks that I won't do my homework if I'm online. It's the same thing with video games. Thanks. b) No problem. It's what I like to do. (The helping, not the blinding.) Wait, Luciana, I thought you hated soda. So why is it in your avvie (it looks like soda to me). Quote
Unstream Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 It's an energy drink? I think the whole long/short hair thing really depends on the girl. Certain people just look better in short hair than others, and same with the opposite. Quote

Certain people just look better in short hair than others, and same with the opposite. Maybe it's an energy drink. But sometimes those can be even worse than soda. So I wouldn't count on it. I agree with the hair thing. Quote
jumpingbeans Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 I, as I have said, prefer short hair on myself, and as previously stated, it depends on the girl. Quote
livvy Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 I would look really cute with short hair. (I've figured a way to put my hair up so it LOOKS like I have short hair, and I must say, I do like the look.) But I know it would get annoying, being all in my face. And I like my long hair. HAI WILL! Quote
jumpingbeans Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 So why don't you cut your hair off so it's short, and then wear a removable wig? Quote
livvy Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Because real hair totally trumps wigs. You can't feel if someone's playing with your wig. But it feels nice when people play with your hair. Not that you'd know. :P Quote
jumpingbeans Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 So, people frequently play with your hair? Quote
Spritzie Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 I took the leap that one time, and cut it, and I ended up loving. I guess the little bit shorter hair (Like chin length) works well for me, because when I cut it, all my co-workers told me that it looked perfect on me. One of them, told me I should never cut it shorter, or grow it out again. :laughingsmiley: Quote
livvy Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 All the time. A lot of times people will do it without asking, which is kind of annoying, but I've learned not to mind too much. As long as they don't like, tie it in knots, I'm fine. (I've seriously had people do that before. Intentionally. It hurt.) Quote
jumpingbeans Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Yeah! Learn how to not grow your hair! Quote
Spritzie Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 They meant on purpose JB. Like purposefully letting it get longer, instead of getting it cut to the same length. :P Quote
jumpingbeans Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Oh! I was wondering about that :) And livvy, I actually have had people feel my hair intentionally. They all loved the 'spiky' feel of it. Quote
livvy Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 I wish I COULD learn how to not grow it longer. Then I'd still be rocking the bangs. They looked okay on me (not great, not bad) but were a pain to keep cutting. I'd go in for a trim and two weeks later they were in my eyes again. Eventually I just grew them out. Quote
jumpingbeans Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 I wish I could just leave my hair the way it is too. I'd like it a lot. Quote
Spritzie Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 I grew out my bangs in HS. Growing up, I always had them, but by HS I'd had enough, so I used butterfly clips, and grew them out. Quote
livvy Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Butterfly clips and snap clips. The only way to do it. I had some adorable hairstyles while I was trying to figure out what I could do to hold my bangs back. :laughingsmiley: Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Because real hair totally trumps wigs. You don't even have to be a girl to agree with that statement. Why be fake? Quote
jumpingbeans Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Because, then you could choose, everyday, 'do I want my hair to be short, or long, today? Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 But wigs are fake. And would you like having people think of you as a fake? Quote
