What adds to it for me, is what my honors English teacher told me in HS. She said you can't use the word you're trying to define, in the definition. Which, technically is true, but sometimes it makes it a lot more difficult. That frazzles me more when trying to define somethings.

Don't go all drama queen, "everyone's avoiding me" on us, CAV. Six pages isn't a lot to have missed, and time zones make a bigger difference than you think. When you're online, someone not terribly far away may be eating dinner; someone in the other direction may be getting ready for bed. Or it may be they simply had other things to do. It got quiet on me earlier.

 

Besides, Noog, Doc, me, Spritzie - we're all here. That's hardly "no one".

No, I don't believe that I'm being avoided. It's more of a "I sign in at the wrong time" kinda thing.

 

But most people that I know are still on, even though they have a different time zone. You are at the same time zone as me, SS is only 3 hours behind, so he's online longer than me, and Anisha is on the other side of the world, and still online at the same time as me.

I'm kinda tempted to apply too. It'd definitely give me a reason to stick around. But I know of far more reasons to not apply than to apply, so I won't. Though if I do stick around long enough for another opening to crop up, I just may go for it then. =]

CAV, I would suggest Meebo if you don't want to download the program. It's a great, reliable website to log on to MSN or any other instant messenger client for that matter. Just make a hotmail address beforehand and you'll be ready to go b)
