It does seem quiet around here.

12 hour shifts are no fun.

I'm starting to have to do stuff for grad school and it's no fun. :sad01_anim: I'm in denial that I start the 9th.

I will be here. I'm only working a 6 hour day tomorrow. So I'll be gone halfway through the day. Though I'll probably end up on the laptop at home. :P

I'm in denial about school starting too. Though for me it's just senior year of high school.

Oh yay. ^_^ I would miss you if you didn't at least drop in and say hi.

Ugh. I just landed on the Potion on the Wheel of Excitement, and the Light Faerie healed my pets. When this happened to my husband, he sent in a bug report. They said they knew that some prizes were glitching, but they wouldn't be giving people the correct things.

It appears they haven't fixed it yet. He should have gotten a potion, but his pets got healed. And the same thing just happened to me.

That's the only part I've seen it mess up the prizes. But I got all excited, because I figured they'd have fixed it by now. It's been over a week.

Yeah, now that you mention it, I got that one of the first days it was working again and just thought oh, well thats mean that they are using a potion symbol for the light faerie <_< shows how much I pay attention...

Posted

So they "fix" them and they get worse?

...I seem to be missing the logic there.

We "saved" the wheels. No one said that they were fixed when they were remodeled :P

That's so ironically... something. I'm not sure what. But it does sound possible with TNT sometimes.

Hm... for some reason, the first subject that popped into my mind was snowshoes. :P But I can't talk about snowshoes, because I never have any occasion to use them! Though I would like to some day.

Posted

Snowshoes? What's the difference between those and regular shoes besides the "snow" part in the name? o.o

Posted

You know, those tennis racket things people strap to their feet to walk on snow.

Like these:

Snowshoes are like rackets with shoes attached to the top of 'em, right? :guiltysmiley:

EDIT: lol Livvy beat me to it xD

Do you get snow in Arizona? (Is that a silly question?)

We clearly never use snowshoes in South Carolina, because we never get snow. I was thrilled with 8 inches this past winter.

EDIT: Hehe, I looked at the Online List of who is where, and the user Batman was looking at "What have you rescued today?" :P That amused me.

Oh, those! :O

Up in the mountains we do.

I went to Prescott last spring, first time i've seen snow in person. :O

Posted

You do use them? :O *is excited* What do they feel like? Do they work? Do they make it easier to walk on the snow? *pelts you with questions*

Posted

Me? No, never actually seen those before except for on google. xD
