I wish it'd get hot sooner here. I'm tired of being cold and having to scrap my car at 6am.

I wish it'd get a little bit colder here.

It's just not right for it to be warm on Christmas morning.

A chinook is a weather phenomenon that occurs only in mountainous area's. It is caused by a ridge of high pressure warm air that causes everything to warm up to a few degrees above freezing long enough for everything to melt in time for the next snowfall....and they give migranes to weather-sensitive people.

You would think we'd usually have snow on Christmas here, but we don't. Now Halloween, that's another matter. Lots of storms on Halloween.

XD I know that! No snow on christmas but EVERY year on Halloween! Yay for the mountain effect eh Spritzie?

Oh definitely. Nothings more fun that trudging through snow way too early in the year and too late in it.

I always have migraines or a headache, so I don't notice it. But it messes with your joints here, since the weather is all over the place. Snow in the morning, 70 degrees by noon.

Same here, we have a saying in my city, "Don't like the weather? Wait ten minutes"

Exactly. That's the saying here as well. I almost feel bad for the meteorologists on the news.

Same :( We can never trust what they say, and it's not their fault either

The ones here do pretty good. They're accurate a good amount of the time, which isn't easy here.

 

I admit, I laugh when they say it's going to be a big storm and we have little to no snow.

That's better than saying there's not going to be a storm then there being a huge one! There's a pretty infamous incident from something like 1987 here in Britain where a poor weather guy did exactly that...it was the worst storm for something like 200-300 years. Bet he felt silly afterwards!

I feel I ought to point out that I wasn't alive then to remember it, lol! Must happen quite a lot though, like you say.

Bugs are gross. :P I wish there was somewhere bug-free to live.

 

Thank you :D I've had plenty of cold this winter to rant about. And just think, we sometime get snow into May and June.

 

I wish that too. Bugs are a disgrace, and don't deserve to live.

Yeah, nevermind that bugs balance the ecosystem and function as a vital part to our world. We should just get rid of them all :P
