I think my Youtube account got hacked

I think my Youtube account has been hacked! I logged on today and there are videos I have never seen put on playlist I don't remember making. Should I report this?

Are you sure they aren't videos that you have added to your favourites list?

They will appear on your page.

Nope, they're not. It says that I added a some video to N and Mia. They're all in Spanish.

well first make sure your correct email address is still intact with the account and then change your password. You can report it if you want but if your able to change your password and its just a few random video's appearing on playlist I doubt there would be much of a reply on youtube's part.
