Painting my Gelert

Recommended Posts

Soooo a couple days ago I painted my Gelert baby because I think baby Gelerts are super adorable! However, I don't think of Athena as a baby... She just seems more like an adult to me so it's weird to see her as a baby... Plus, I definitely miss putting clothes on her, haha!

Anyway, at the expense of hundreds of thousands of Neopoints (whoops, at least Baby's not too bad), I'm going to repaint her... Can't decide on a color though and might end up putting her back to green...

What Gelert colors do you all like? Any suggestions on what to paint her? =)

I only like one color and that is the Maraquan Gelert, I jumped at the chance to paint Valephenia Maraquan when I got a FFQ xD

I like Maraquan & Striped Gelerts, especially if she is a female. However, since I don't think you can put clothes on her with Maraquan, I'd definitely go for Striped (plus it's cheaper)

Haha, thanks guys!

Yeah, the Maraquan ones are gorgeous but yeah... the clothes issue =/

Spotted is cute, as is striped! I also kind of like the shadow ones, haaha!

Thanks for the help everyone! =)

I like Camo gelerts myself and I have one (her name is darkentwine) ... also White is great for customization ...

The Halloween Gelert is a dreamie of mine , though , he's so wicked

I only really like Brown, Shadow, Spotted, Tyrannian, and White. And out of those, I think I like Brown or Spotted best, lol. I hope you have fun painting your pet. I'm sure it will look great, no matter what you choose. :D

Right when I wanted give another Gelert colour recommendation.

Spotted is grand on Gelerts, yet I find Darigan Gelerts and Rainbow Gelerts really cool-looking myself.

With a name like "Athena", Desert might do it well (especially if you remove the wig. blargh. lol)...It's a pretty flexible color in terms of customization and the PB clothes it comes with are adorable (also wouldn't be hard to shift it from an Egyptian look to a more Greek look, should you so choose).
