The Faeries' Ruin: Chapter 11

The 11th chapter of the Faeries' Ruin is here. Danger lurks in every dark shadow of these ruins, but will the key to saving Faerieland be found? Brynn, Hanso, and Xandra will have to escape the creatures infesting the ruins to find out!

I'm just gonna continue furiously training hp, then if I have time hammer defence and attack up til double (5 points short of the next boost) then hammer some more hp, with large amounts of luck I might be able to manage it...

As for battling... well, my pets are too wimpy. But maybe I'll still try.

Every time I see the title for this plot I read it as The Faeries Run, and think "how can they run if they're turned to stone?" Every time. :guiltysmiley:

There's a guild. They're called tree-sitters. They're all over the neoboards. Everyone is like "OMGSOCUUUUUTE!!" and I'm just like "...=_=". I don't like the Brynso shipping.

 

I'm eager for a step, but I appreciate the extra training time. Goodness knows Lili needs it.

Take pity on those of us who are still desperately training our pets!!! And grateful for whatever time neopets sees fit to give us!

Well, considering that since the last battle part was, I have got 70+ stats for my pet through only MI training. (Different pet than the one I battle with) With starting with 3 hour courses. (You can get 2 hour courses at start), and without going there precisely when the course ends.

 

I really see no reason why some people wouldn't be ready for battling. I will try to cap the challengers with my weak pet.

 

For comparison:

 

My main pet:

290ish HP

180ish STR

180ish DEF

 

This pet:

90ish HP

20ish STR/DEF (Will drop those to 7- before starting, or rather, not use them)

 

Yeah, so a pet with only 90 HP. With STR/DEF instead, it would be much more easier. I just like my share of challenge.

 

 

Math: After the end of second battle, I've got 80 stats with 3 hour courses and lazy execution. Now, with equally lazy training, and 0/0/0 stats, you would get 120 stats, assuming even training for HP/STR/DEF. That would be 100 useful stats (Ignoring Level): The most efficient choice would be either 30 HP, 35 STR/DEF. And that's not possible to have a pet without any stats, so you'd get more HP than that. Add to the fact you should've started training at the very least after the first ones disappeared.

Sucks waiting. But then again it also gives time to others who don't get on the computer that much to complete the other deeds. I failed horribly on the Battledome ones -_-' Oh well I suppose. I hope it deosn't mess up the final prizes for me that much.

Any news on when the next step will be released? Not that it matters since I'm sure I'll see mention of it here :)

 

And it's kind of weird that people are getting all spastic about Hanso and Brynn. I think it's funny that it appears they are totally into each other. Especially since you can't even mention anything regarding relationships on Neopets without getting warned.

This worries me... Either they were feeling lazy and decided just to do the comic twice, OR there's something really crazy we're going to have to do next O.O
