jumpingbeans Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 Hi guys of TDN. I was just wondering if you guys actually read the 'About Me' page, so I know how much effort insanity to put in. Please answer honestly. Thanks! -JB
Masaryk Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 I only end up reading the About Me pages of people I converse with a lot on the forum. I don't actually visit user profiles a whole lot.
Spritzie Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 I regularly visit my friend's profiles and look at their About Me sections. I also do it with some new people, or someone I've been talking with a bit.
Divya Bean Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 I read my friends' and people I know's About Mes, but thats about it.
CAV of Gang Green Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 I do it with some friends. I usually just skim them though, and stop if I see something interesting. I feel it's the same way when someone reads my CAV-toids.
Xepha Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 Yes I do read them. Enough said! Well... maybe I could develop on this a little more. I read on user pages when I want to find out something specific about them or when I'm bored. I wish I had more time to redo my own page. Maybe during the holidays XD.
Unstream Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 I used to read them, but now that the "About Me" section is in a different tab, I haven't been looking at them as much.
antiaircraft Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 I'm like Unstream, I read About Me pages a lot less now that they aren't the default profile tab. I do still switch to them when I want to learn more about someone though.
Lamppost Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 I need to change my answer, I think. I didn't even know the "About Me" page was a new tab. x.x Definitely don't read them as much as I thought.
Roxi Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 Looks like a lot of people are like me and read them when they're bored! Gotta have something to do on a slow day.
