Does anyone else think the next step is going to be a battle? It would make sense to give all plot participants battle dome items (like what is happening in this chapter) and then have a battle. I got the rock whenever the notice on DNP first appeared [yesterday] NST and I got the fire muffin at around 12:30 NST today. It took about 10-12 turns (it was a lot more than 6 I can tell you that much). At first I thought it changed every 12 hours but now I am thinking that it does change every 24 hours... but we'll see what happens tomorrow... Quote

I kept a tally while I was doing it and something else I noticed is that instead of a ten minute interval I only had to wait about 5 minutes between each one unlike yesterday. Quote

samurai361 Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 Yep, took me 6 tries yesterday, 10 fresh tries today to get both items Oh yeah, also another theory I've been reading is that the Muffin will only be up for 12 hours since the rock took 6 tries and was only up for 6 hours. Although, people are still getting the muffin...I'm not sure when it was first released though (some say 12 AM NST, in that case the theory is false). Quote

You don't need the Molten Rock to complete the plot. It's a nice item to have, but you can still finish the plot same as someone who has it. From the Neopian Times Editorial. That's just very nice from TNT. What about the users who are asleep at night and weren't even able to play at that time? Can I just say this is the worst plot ever? Badly revamped games, a 'puzzle' that depends only on luck and plot steps that can only be completed in the middle of the night? Quote
