someone is probably lending someone else 8 mil pure NP for ADAM avatar. This is the only reasonable explanation I can think of. Because you can't bid more than 800k pure on the Trading Post, and it would take more time setting up 10 trades and bidding on them etc ...

I have recently read my new pet, a Halloween Uni, his first book, aptly named "Evil Spells" .. I shall continue to do so. I will read him first the evil / witchcraft books .. then the other cheap ones out there like "Faellie tales" etc... but I won't go deeper than that ...

I agree, on my previous account, I had a simply decorated shop and I got a few comments on it as well , but on this account I don't even bother anymore lol.

I'll answer about the random faerie quests.

In my opinion, the best one is the dark faerie quest since she asks for cheap toys and gives your pet +1 HP. (I think, it has been sooo long since I got a quest bcz of the TFR plot.)

The Fyora and Space quests can be either very good or very bad, depending on the price of the item they ask for.

The worst is the earth faerie because she asks for a magic item worth a few thousands and all she does is make your pet bloated.

My sole purpose in this topic is to start a healthy, hypothetical debate over an issue that has worried me in the past, and continues to do so.

Yesterday, someone on the Avatar chat neboard (AC in short) was trying to get lent the MSSP TCG (like hundreds of players do everyday), and he mentioned he's an honest player who worked hard for all his game avatars, instead of "paying some neighborhood wizkid $20 to play games for me"

This reminded me of an incident a few years back on Neo, when several of the most famous and successful players on Neopets were all frozen for "cheating." These guys were all real-life friends, and a couple of them were my neofriends (before 2006 I was an achieved player myself lol, or so I thought.) This was made a very ugly public affair on the Neoboards, and TNT were hugely involved in it (replying to topics, etc)

According to TNT, every time a new game avatar was released, these guys all earned the avatar in a very suspicious manner and within several minutes of each other, raising the question about if they were all sitting in one room while one guy (the best gamer) played the game on all accounts, earning the avatars for his friends. Same goes for new game trophies or trophies earned at the beginning of each month. These guys apparently got too cocky/arrogant and thought they're above the Neopets Chia Police Law so they got careless. After they got frozen, they all quit Neo and I haven't heard from or about them ever since.

Now, this is not to discuss whether TNT were right or wrong, or if these guys really did cheat or not (maybe they were all good players.)

My question is, and I repeat, this is HYPOTHETICAL, using myself as an example since I live alone and I don't know any people in real life (lol j/k - I actually don't know anyone in real life who plays Neopets :P) ... My question is :

Where do you think the line should be drawn? Suppose I'm good at a certain game, and I have a little brother or sister who are not. Am I not allowed to play a game for them? or maybe even a little cousin who lives next door and invites me over for lunch and a quick avatar?

I mean, sure paying someone to play a game for you is way beyond logic (why waste real money on pixels) but I know some people are just crazy and obsessed enough to do that and more (otherwise we wouldn't have neo-hackers, CG'ers and cheaters wreacking havoc on the site.)

Either way, how would YOU judge this behavior if you were TNT and how do you differentiate if an account with 100 trophies/300 avatars is legit or not? I mean, obviously if someone is a really good gamer, all game avatars/trophies are humanly possible. Not easy .. but possible ... ask me, I earned Feed Florg avatar after 3-4 months of playing daily lol.

I just went to bet .. one of Jamila's lots said the odds are 6:1 but when I bet it (I chose the same names) the odds said 4:1 ???

sometimes when you get 24 , you gain an additional amount of NP equal to the ente .. I frequently win 1000 more NP's doing that (I end up winning 5000np instead of 4000) .. and at one time it happened to me twice in a row (i was in the minus and it helped me a lot win back) ..

well .. it's R97 , so it's bound to be expensive .......... but I still think 400k is too much of a price for it .. it doesn't do anything ..

i expected the Maracatite Aisha to be a lot better than this ... they filled the Usul with everything so the Aisha looks lacking in comparison

Altador Cup started in 2006 as a homage to the Fifa World Cup in Germany .. it started in May , and it became a yearly Neopian tradition since then ... it always starts towards the end of May/beginning of June ...

well , I still didn't get Lever Of Doom , but I got Bon Appetite today

it's becoming some weird fixation for me :worried:

I've done the Advent Calendar the past 2 years and didn't get it .......

but this year I did

it's random ...

I love Robot pets but not all of them .......... for example I don't like Robo Pteris but love Robo Gelerts ... however the fact that it's "naked" disturbs me a bit ....

I already have my dream Robo pet which is a Hissi :) good luck trading them or getting a better zap :) :)

I already have a snowbunny attached to one of my pets :D but I didn't know they eat stuffs ..... how did you know it ate it ?? :mellow:

well , when I first started playing this account I found lab map pieces all the time ... and then Sloth came and gave me a DRAIK TRANS !! yes !! I sold it for about 12 Mil and spent it on my gallery ha ha ha ... and I got 2 Fountain Faerie quests

but these days nothing is happening to me at ALL !!! i guess newer accounts have a higher rate of good random events to get people hooked then that randomness starts to decrease with time to almost nothing ....
