Though it's hard to check on the requirements for this particular avatar because not many people recorded what they did and did not do during the event.

Whenever Neopets goes down at unexpected time... I tell myself it's time to stop procrastinating things on my todo list. :P

I would go with something that you could enter into the art gallery contest... so probably something scheduled to happen soon in the calendar such as a Poogle or a Skeith.

We really wish to bring them back. But I can't make a promise about this since it's not a project I've been involved with.

I'm Xepha (also known as V) and I've been here for quite some times now.

I was only forced to take one hiatus from Neopets when I didn't have Internet (nor phone) at home for about a year and a half. I was still checking on Neopets once in a while from college... but that doesn't really count.

You will have a better chance to sucessfully buy one when there is less people on the site (therefore less people are restocking).

I got the Chocolate avatar in the morning, once everyone had left for school. :P Being a university student has its advantages!

When they are not out on chains, I hold Snowbunny and Daisy for TDN. And I always dress them (with very affordable NP items of course...)

Sometimes they come back home with extra NP items on them, and it always make me smile.

In general, people play mirror games so they can earn the Top Gamer avatar faster. That's really the only purpose I can think of.

Those would be mirror games...

You can send your score in a mirror game if and only if you haven't send a score in that same game on the same day.

Example:

The gameroom Ice Cream Machine and its mirror game. Only the first one has a highscore table.

I think it was called the Lucky Number 6 Achievement, so maybe it changes much like the avatar?

On another note, Facebook games are not loading for me right now in firefox. :(

Heads up (read on Meteor games forums): There is an achievement for having exactly 12,986 gold at any given moment in the game. You might want to unlock it before being too rich :).
