The Steampunk Uni looks really great, they`re clearly putting effort into this colour. The base is nice, I love the special expression, though I do wish the mane and hooves were a different colour. The outfit is gorgeous, really beautiful! What a solid pet day for Unis!

OMG I loooove the Toy Gelert, they`re finally doing something with this colour! It looks so cute! The outfit is lovely as well, I appreciate that we get a female version of a scholar outfit. (Looking again, it could also be a male with long hair, yay for options!) I too wish the wig and hat were separate, I don`t mind some that are combined, but having the option to use any hat with any wig would be the best solution.

It`s the most wonderful time of the year! Illusen Day is almost here!! I always look forward to this day every year, I look forward to the Green Shop in the NC Mall also, I get excited about anything remotely related to Illusen, lol.

TNT made some weird choices in the food-related colours, Custard looks runny, like it`s melting. Definitely agree that it looks like yellow snot. Ew. The outfit. My first thought was that it looked Shenkuuvian-inspired, probably because of the colours. The hat is a little much for me, but I like the rest of the outfit.

Clay as a colour is dull for me, I don`t really have much to say about it - it does look good for what is is, they did a good job on the texture and colouring. The outfit is really cool, it`s a fun and interesting concept of a decorated armour - especially the chain on the horn looks cool, it`s one of those species specific details that I just adore.

Okay, I really hate Chias, I think they`re really ugly and I don`t care for them (there are a couple of fruit/veg ones I like, but they`re the only exceptions) but this Water Chia is very well done! It looks so fluid and liquid-y, I love the splash in place of hair, it looks amazing. The outfit... I don`t get it. Is it based on something specific, it is a reference to something? Especially the mask (or scroll, cloth whatever it is) that`s covering the face and front looks very strange and gives the whole pet an unnerving look in my opinion. Also, it looks weird with the hair poking out from behind the clothes.

Swamp Gas. Ugh. One of my least liked colours. The outfit is pretty cool, not a fan of the platform shoes though, they clash a bit with the rest, lol. Love the detail of the rings/pieces of jewelry on the wings.

Burlap!! TNT seemingly can not go wrong with this colour, they`ve really nailed it with every pet so far. The Zafara has good detail and texture, looks great. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the outfit!!! The details, the colours, THE HAT! Love all of it, even the skull mask/face paint, it works weirdly well with the Zafaras huge eyes, lol. Dr. Facilier from Disney`s The Princess and the Frog was my first thought as well. Love the Shadow Man and his voodoo magic!

Ooh, swirly. Oil Paint looks quite nice, the colours work nicely together and don`t clash - with the exception of the nose and mouth, as already mentioned above. Strange choice. The outfit is nice, we have several explorer outfits already for various species, TNT seems to think they`re fun to do. I would have liked to see more accsessories, such as a backpack/knapsack, a rope, a spade or pickaxe or a map.. something to underline the theme. I do like the nice details of the feather in the hat and the scarf, though. The moustache and beard, while nicely drawn, don`t really fit the Kacheek, as they`re so "baby-faced" and cute.. maybe a small moustache or some stubble would look better.

Pink Elephantes on parade! The Toy Elephante is certainly shiny and plastic-looking, Toy, as a colour, kind of makes me sad, as it had so much potential, and due to the static poses it`s so limited what they can do with it... The outfit is... kind of a lot, due to the different colours and patterns (I prefer more simple, clean looks, it`s just a personal taste) but I like that they make traditional and tribal outfits on Neopets, I support it. I think the outfit would work better if you broke it down into separate pieces, only using one piece at a time in a customization.

Maractite is very hit-and-miss for me, there are a few that I like, but overall the colour itself is too busy and I don`t think it works that well with clothing. That said, I think the Buzz looks okay, I like the detail of the painted nails (on the feet) and I think the wings especially look lovely. Overall, though, the pattern and symbols are just too much for my liking, I don`t care for it covering the whole Neopet. The outfit is based on the Sami people, a group of indengenous people living in Norway, Sweden and Finland. The outfit is their traditional wear, very colourful and made with natural materials - the shoes are seal skin. (The North huldra people in Frozen II are based on the Sami people). TNT has made a similar outfit in the past, for Tuskaninnies, they`re very accurate!

This will be a fun round! Where I live in Norway we`ve just had a long period of lots of snow and very cold weather, but over the last week the temperature has changed to the plus side finally, so now the snow and ice is melting and it almost feels like spring.

I`ll make sure to put together an entry, I wasn`t feeling inspired this week, but I`ll think of something. I think Vandagyres are very cute, but it`s a shame there are so many clothes they can`t wear.
